I am a small business owner in St. Charles Minnesota I was given their name by it computer specialist I needed immediate service as my computer would not start up at all I had to do payroll today and they had it fixed in four hours. Highly recommend them they saved my business!

I spoke with Kelly several times to discuss issues with my custom-built PC, eventually dropping it off for a diagnostic. At every step of the process, he kept me well-informed of what he had found, and presented me with various options as well as their prices. I found him knowledgeable, personable and responsive, and he did everything he could to save me money. I will absolutely be going back for any future issues.

My husband and I have used BCS for our computer needs for over 15 years. My husband used BCS exclusively for all of his business computers and support, and I use them for my personal computer support. Roger was always more than pleased with the quick response and service that he received from Mike and Kelly, and I have been just as impressed with my personal computer needs. Kelly and Mike are very knowledgeable, professional and have always taken the time to answer our questions and assuage any concerns that may have risen. Their pricing has always been fair. We can't say enough about BCS and really appreciate everything that they have done for us. We look forward to working with them in the future as the need arises.

After a recent update to my computer I found out it was no longer compatible with the new software update and I couldn't see my screen, BCS set me up with a reasonably priced new computer and were able to transfer all my data from the old computer to the new one in the same day. They give excellent service to their clients whether they be a company or your average joe. I highly recommend them for any computer repair needs you may have.

They broke my computer further Charged me $40 sold me a adapter I didn't need for $70. I returned the adapter and they. Charged me a 20% "restocking fee". I went home and tried repairing the damage my computer is now mostly functional but it is still broken. NEVER GO HERE.
