I cant even begin to express how happy we were with our seamless experience. We came from out of state to purchase a vehicle, everything was handled online, no pressure and very up front about everything. I was skeptical at first, since I had never purchased from a smaller dealership, but I dont think I will ever go back to shopping for my vehicles through anyone else. BEST experience ever. 10/10 recommend.

Submitted an inquiry online 3 weeks ago as I saw a vehicle I was interested in buying. Submitted my personal information online not limited to social security number, DOB, and ect. Received confirmation that my information was submitted and someone would be reaching out to me. Well it’s been a minimum of three weeks, and I have yet to hear from anyone. No phone call, text message, or email letting me know if I was approved or denied… Either way, their lack of response informed me of everything I needed to know about this company. Went to Wisconsin and purchased a vehicle instead.
Don’t waste your time with them.
Edit/Response : I did “not” receive a single voicemail from “any” lender regarding an approval. This information is false! I also have text voicemail messages, so if a message was left , it would have also came up as a text message. I will go back and look, but I know that it’ll be a waste of time, because a message was never left.
I purchased a 2025 so not hearing from you didn’t change the fact that I would be purchasing a new car. Just because your lenders would or would not approve a loan, doesn’t mean that elsewhere would be better. You stated, “We are not happy with the 1-star rating, and can't help but feel that it is a bit excessive for what could have been just a simple clerical error”. That’s your opinion and I left mine. I know for a fact that I entered my information correctly, so you can’t use that as an excuse for your company’s negligence…..

While visiting my son from WA, my son hit a deer on the hwy and needed another vehicle. My son and I went into Boardwalk Auto,where he found a suburban that he liked. We met Forrest, who helped us through the process of the purchase. What a kind and respectful young man. He allowed us to have the vehicle checked over and agreed to do a couple things on the vehicle. Everything went great ! What a great experience with the purchase of the suburban. Thank you Forrest! Your kindness was very much appreciated! My son loves his new ride!

I bought my car from Boardwalk a few years back, and it’s still going strong! The car has been super reliable, and I’m really happy with my purchase. Even now, if I have any questions, they are always ready to help out. They’ve been great to work with from day one, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a solid car and awesome customer service.

Forrest is amazing he went above and beyond my expectations and was very upfront about problems that my vehicle had he didn't sugar coat. Which I liked because it wasn't like other dealerships where it is a guessing game if it's going to make it home I would recommend Boardwalk auto to anyone that needs a nice reliable vehicle

I bought a Ford Fiesta 2016 for a really good price and Brian and Forrest helped me on everything. 2 weeks later I drove from Minnesota to New York and came back and the car still working really niceeee????
