Friendly staff with good customer service, quiet with no loud music going, not crowded, when I went there were lots of washers and dryers available. The machines work well. There's a quarter machine there, and they have laundry carts. They have giant washers for giant comforters or sleeping bags. It's got everything you would hope to see in a laundromat. I recommend it.

Very friendly staff. Offers wash and fold laundry services. Accepts vouchers from mayo clinic patients must ask nurses about vouchers. Pick up and delivery available for fee. Community like feel from ma and pop type place locally owned

I have been going and using this laundromat for about six months and have been very happy. I decided to try their drop off service last week. It was amazing. The clothes were folded so nicely and I was really impressed. Last week was my first week with the drop off service. This week I also did drop off I opened my laundry, and it is not folded like it was last week it's practically just shoved in the bags. I was very disappointed. Not sure if I will do drop off again.

Clean machines and facility... friendly employees almost always present as well. Well worth going to compared to other Rochester laundromat. I've been to all of them.. and Broadway is the best. Hands down! ❤️

The staff are very friendly - at least 1 of them is also generous and extremely helpful for those of us who were new to town the first time we came here.

We just moved to town and our dryer broke. We looked for a place to dry our clothes and found Broadway Laundromat. The reviews are right it is bright, clean and very reasonable. The owner was working and made sure we were set and explained everything. I think we will be back for things even when we get a dryer like their washing service and large format machines.

Broken machines that are not labeled, bad customer service when reporting broken machines. Two weeks ago I called in a complaint and then texted the complaint....no refund got a text a week later saying they lost address.
