Good Place to grab some tools and hardware you need for a project, Staff is a little creepy and likes to follow you around and Assumes people are stealing. Me and my wife went in for a tool box Told us to leave our bags at the front not a problem we shopped at a different store THEY WERE SNOOPING IN OUR BAGS and wouldn't leave us alone while shopping for a tool box assuming we were stealing we still got the tool box but definitely almost lost a loyal customer. Definitely needs to do abit more on Harassment Training and learning to use cameras to catch shoplifters instead of hovering over paying customers Will come back if they fix a few things with their staff.

Had window screens replaced but when I dropped them off team had no idea of the cost to which I had screens replaced 2 years earlier for $30 each when I picked up screens they told me $250 for the three screens after I spoke with manager he reduced price by $100 stating previous manager had increased prices without explanation I will not use their services.

This is a very nice and totally stock hardware store.
It is conveniently located and staff are very helpful.
Prices are a tad higher than Menards or Home Depot but we'll worth the extra costs as it is a small business vs large corporation...
The selection is very large.
I purchased a lock box and had a few spare keys made for nearby jobsite.
Keep up the great store and oura!

Stopped in to waste time and look for gardening supplies while my husband was getting a haircut. The person working must not want customers. He basically chased me out of he store. I definitely will not be back.

Went in there today to get some putty to get a light bulb out of the socket. It hardens and you can unscrew it to get it out. This old guy near the paint department was condescending and rude as hell! Treated me like I was a total idiot because I am a woman and assumed I hadn't tried the "potato method" or any other way to get it out. Repeatedly told him I already tried everything including a stupid potato and 2 needle nose pliers to turn it, and needed something else. Younger guy behind the counter in the paint dept. was much more helpful and got me what I needed. And didn't speak to me like I was a 5yr old.
Different man at the register was rude, too. He just stared at me when I was standing there to pay. I will never go back to this place after that. If you're the old men reading this, I suggest you both retire and FYI, women don't need you to Mansplain. High five to the younger guy that helped me.

First of all, I must say Burggraf's is my first stop for finding tools and the correct hardware for the project I am working on. Every one is pleasant and eager to help. This day Entering the store I was asked if I needed help, I asked several questions about air compressers. I was given the information that helped me make my final decision on a quality product.

After getting no assistance from another larger home, garden, and hardware store, I came to Burggraf's Ace Hardware. With a minute of coming through the front door, I was greeted by Chris and offered assistance. She guided me to what I needed. Dan took care of me at the register. This was a great experience, provided by top notch people. In and out in under 10 minutes. Much appreciation to Chris and Dan!
