Burn Boot Camp is amazing! I started with the intention of working out and becoming more physically fit. I had no idea that my mental health and social health would also be here for the ride. The community is unparalleled to anywhere I’ve been. Women supporting women (and a few men too!) in a way that makes you feel inspired, confident, and motivated. The trainers and staff help you with form, nutrition and even more motivation. Step inside and check it out for yourself, I promise you have found where you belong.

I have loved my experience at Burn! Everyone is so kind, encouraging, and welcoming and support you no matter where you are in your fitness journey. My 2 year old loves the child watch and it’s been a great way to meet people and make friends as I recently moved to Rochester. I love that I can just show up and someone can tell me what to do ?. Highly recommend!

I’ve never been one to consistently exercise. 1.5 years into being by a burn member and now I hate the days that I a workout. The community and atmosphere is so welcoming and encouraging!

Absolutely 100% worth it! All trainers are amazing. Unlimited focus sessions to work on anything you need help with including nutrition tips, if you’re struggling with form during workouts, mindfulness, destressing, etc. Serves the community through optional fundraisers. Have met so many new wonderful friends at Burn as well.

I had a great experience at burn boot camp Rochester north! The staffs were so good! A special thanks to Spencer Bohr ! he is such an amazing trainer!encouraging,motivating,giving-attention to each and everyone! Knowing my potential and pushing me to do what I can do! This is my first work out place and it will be the best! People were also friendly!I felt so welcome at this place!

Burn Boot Camp is unlike any other gym or fitness program around. I know many can create a sense of community and accountability, especially for a core group of members; that is not unique. Burn goes well beyond this for every single one of their members. When I was off for surgery, they texted me and checked in. When I started back, they texted me and checked in. They made modifications just for me, both in gym and via zoom. Just remember that you get what you pay for and Burn is worth every single cent.

Burn Bootcamp has been a great community and the staff are so welcoming. They make an effort to know you by name and understand what your specific goals are. Everyday I walk through that door I am received with a smile and enthusiasm. It is great to workout with other women and crush my goals while I’m having fun!

BurnBootCamp North is amazing fitness family to be apart of. I’ve been with this gym for 3ish years and don’t plan on leaving. Trainers are amazing, energetic and care about your health. Always encouraging you to keep going. Oh I almost forgot about the burn floor that’s worth every penny! Great if you have joint problems.

Burn Bootcamp provides an atmosphere of community and support, while providing an engaging and dynamic workout experience. With personal trainers who offer one on one focus meetings, child watch options, and convenient shower access, this gym offers something for everyone. They have also proven to be dedicated to exercising all safety precautions amid the covid pandemic. Hands down one of my favorite places to be!
