Realtors have only one of two descriptions. They’re either great or they suck and never just ok. Andrew redefines the scale to set the bar to absolutely marvelously fantastic! Compared to what homes sell for, a realtors percentage is extremely low. Andrew approaches every client as if they’re millionaires looking to make the best investment, which makes you feel like royalty. His professionalism is unmatched. He NEVER minimizes his hustle, he’s just as amped and motivated in the middle and end as he was in the beginning of every task he’s given. ALWAYS AVAILABLE…..and I mean always, the guy got super sick and never skipped a beat. He never forgets his people. I touched base just to ask questions years earlier, when I was finally in a position to buy 3 years later I called him ……THE DUDE STILL HAD MY NUMBER LOCKED IN HIS PHONE AND KNEW MY NAME! Completely impressed. I knew nothing about buying a home or what to look for. After 1 sit down with Andrew, I received more answers than I had questions and left thinking “This guy can sell ice to an Eskimo. He knows his stuff”. He's not this uptight prep-boy hungry for a sale or pushy. You know this guy has done the work, with consistency and dedication for a long time. How many generational realtors do YOU know? Cause I got one! Which helped me create generational wealth with me buying my first home. If he’s alive still, my children’s children are going to buy and sell all their homes from Andrew Atwood. Century21 must obviously know who the pros are and they knew what they were doing when they connected Andrew. I wouldn’t be surprised if this guy does real estate on the side and his main gig is UFC cage fighting because that’s his realtor style, domination. Whether you’re selling or buying, you don’t want to have to work that hard at it and you definitely want the process to be smooth all the while you need to be and stay fully informed and be ahead of everyone else. That’s Andrew’s job now, you just relax and let him secure this for you. It’s not about nice or courtesy, this is business. For this deal its your business and you’re serious about it. He’s more serious than you are because it’s his business everyday with every deal. And perks? Don’t get me started. There were roughly 7 small things that needed to be fixed which I planned to do myself. Even though I never asked for compensation for the future repairs coming, I was in total awe when Andrew got me cash money in hand for the trouble he felt it was worth which probably amounted to less than $500 that I would have had to come out of pocket with. To my surprise that amount he got for me was in the thousands. Serious cash back considering my down payment to the lender. He got me new appliances for anything over 5 years old and $2000 Coverage for any appliances the sellers didn’t want to replace. He’s the Michael Jordan of his Atwood team and they’re champion record is the proof in the pudding. When it seemed like other parties involved might be taking too much time to finalize the deal, Andrew took initiative to get everyone up to his speed. I think it’s also fair to say that on the day I started making calls shopping for realtors, he was the only one who was reachable out of 7 realtors. Felt great 2 hours later to say to say 6 times to the 6 who returned my calls “Oh, I appreciate you returning my call though I was able to immediately speak with Andrew Atwood of Century21 and I have decided to go his route, but thank you”. I could hear the dissatisfaction in some of their voices. And, all but Andrew were referrals, figure that! He doesn’t drive a Mercedes or BMW. He drives a truck and has big tool belts at his super sweet office and he helps with repairs to get your home right for you to buy or sell. That’s a worker people! I felt like a boss having him work for me. And I know I’m in the lower tax bracket and should be working for him. Enjoy Andrew and the fun experience he’s about to take you on. You wouldn’t be reading reviews if you weren’t considering it. Be like Nike and JUST DO IT!
