One of the worst internet providers period, consistently not meeting the speeds they force upgraded me too, never met the speeds before the upgrade. Constant internet outages during the day and night. Don’t waste your money here unless you have 0 other options.

I'm not sure what to say about working there. It was brief and terrible. If every job out there was like Spectrum I would seriously, happily be homeless.

Today I had a tech out to see what the problem was with my internet and cable. His name was Jesus very friendly, helpful and took the time to explain what he was doing to electronically challenged Senior . He went above and beyond
