I am ordinarily not a complainer. However, my recent experience with Spectrum is almost unbelievable. I called them to learn more about their TV service. I never agreed to add any services, but I learned that (behind the scenes) services were added to my account that I didn’t need or want. Now, it is taking a number of calls to the Call Center to get these stopped. Beware of any communication you have with Spectrum and clearly and emphatically say NO to anything you do not want! Trying to have services removed is way more difficult than it should be.

Purchased a phone through spectrum return. Return it a week later, 7 weeks later. Still have not got my money back. I've never been with the company that has given me such a run around when they owe me money.

Spectrum service is good. Cable is good, internet is excellent, telephone was very good when I had it. Their Big Downfall is Marketing, as a spectrum customer we are subjected to a hundred commercials on TV per day of their services. Especially the cell phone commercials with the Most Annoying Guy ever!!!! I hear his voice and I am changing the channel within a split second!!! We are already customers and should NOT be subjected to listen to it!!! I am ready to cancel my account with them over it!!!

Owned a land line thru them for emergencies. And they are the only ones that called it CONSTANTLY!!!! IF I WANT SOMETHING MORE I'LL CALL YOU!!! To the level of being called abusive with the constant upsell!

Zero stars. Their telemarketers keep calling me! First I haven't resided in MN for over 10 years. Second I already asked to be taken off their call list. Third they are calling me after 8 pm. It is absolutely ridiculous. Cold call sales are a thing of the past and not effective! Stop calling me!

OMG !!! Never have we ever been treated so rudely and disrespectful because we're a interracial couple !!! The boy in the wheelchair needs to be fired and put in a nursing home because he can't make it in the workforce by himself!! As the boy told us you don't know me, sounds like a indirect threat to us... plus he didn't even give us All the equipment we needed to connect to the internet. I wonder if corporate will reach out to me about this?? Will let you know in a week and also avoid the marketplace store.

While their competitor has B.S.'d me for two months now with still no installation, I gave up with them and called Spectrum. Spectrum had the service installed the next day! With a better deal than the local fiber provider. I once upon a time vowed never to do business with then Charter, but they were given another chance and delivered very well.

In stead of canceling my account months ago when I called they just shut services off and charged me. Of course I should have realized and had it taken care of but they even had it noted this happened and still said they could do nothing for me. I was not aggressive or rude on the phone but when I asked if there was someone else higher up I could talk to they just hung up on me. Incredibly unhappy. I will never use spectrum again and I suggest you don't either.

Literally the worst service I have ever experienced if your in the rochester area i recommend metronet 4x the speed for the same price also they have an existant customer service team spectrum is the absolute worst decision you can make dont do it.

The customer service is shoddy. Customer reps are often rude, if you ask for a resolution to an issue, they say you can go to another provider if you need better service. Monthly bills are increased without any prior notice. Wouldn’t choose spectrum again.
