“I was looking for a Dale of Norway sweater that matched the one I had just purchased for my dad. The folks at Dale of Norway reached out and they were able to link me to the exact sweater I needed. After waiting a few days I placed my order. They were fantastic in their shipping time and updated me by email all across the ordering process. They were nice and answered any questions I had and were always available on email or on the phone. This is my first stop for any Dale of Norway sweater or really any Norwegian sweater altogether.”

The only sad part is xs of things seem sold out in the stores:') Staff were great though! I walked to close to the entrance while holding a shirt and set off the alarm? “Went in today and Zumiez system was completely down but the employees kept such a good vibe! The clearly pregnant manager was hustling around trying to make sure her employees were okay and not stressed. I also saw her trying to make sure customers were having a good time even though the ringing out process was taking a bit. To the employees working I loved your employee at the door so sweet. I always have such a great time I come into your store. I know today must have been a lot on you ladies but know your customers appreciate everything you do. Even if you get me to spend my entire paycheck.”
“This store is just cute. The sales lady was amazing and helped us fine some cute unique clothes at an amazing deal. The environment was uplifting and just adorable. After walking around all day looking at shops that had clothes that were so pricey, it was nice to have this place that was reasonably priced. We were offered free water or champagne when we walked in and free chocolate.Definitely coming back when I return to the area. The bought ourselves is definitely a favorite.”

“A nice clean and well kept store. Clothes were neatly folded and displayed. They have the best sales for men , women and children. Regular sizes to plus.. Quality clothes for all weather wear and comfort. The staff was friendly and helpful. Took my mother there while she was visiting from California. Got some good deals for the whole family..”

“The dresses were lovely and prices were on point. Also, expect up to a 2 hour wait on the weekends around homecoming and prom. Over 100 (we estimated 150) people waiting in line for 6 fitting rooms. Maybe it would be possible to add in pop-up fitting rooms during peak seasons? It was hot and no seating for disabled or elderly chaperones. Even with all that, the staff were friendly and always moving to keep the place organized.”
“Loving that there's a Hollister in Rochester. Prices aren't too outlandish but the store is not organized very well. Everything mixed in with everything, mostly crammed in the front and the back of the store is a jumbled mess. Still glad it's here”
“I was doing some shopping for winter clothes and I'm the past they always have deals on sweatshirts and hoodies. It jad been a while since I was in here and it had been remodeled since last time. Was able to find some sweatshirts and looked around. I did not have any employee come up to ask what I was looking for at anytime. However I was only in the store for a couple minutes. The person who rang me up was very friendly and upbeat. The reason I rated a 4 star is because the sweatshirts I got ended up being much lighter than in the past.”
“Ell has the very best selection of chic, elegant, unique, fun of fashions from colorful and comfy shoes to alluring pieces that make a statement- jumpsuits, coats, sweaters, everything. I've been going to Rochester/Mayo for different reasons over 20 years and ALWAYS the high point is popping in to see new pieces they have. Everything I have purchased I AM STILL WEARING! Timeless. Love Lynn who is helpful and knowledgable. Ell is always the bright spot in a Rochester visit!”
“This is one of my favorite stores to shop at!My experience at this beautiful boutique has been nothing short of great...and full of wonderful customer service!First off, the shop is clean and organized and full of beautiful, classic clothing, as well as the newest trends...and the ladies in that store are helpful - but not intrusive. I found them to be very accommodating. They were all very nice and warm. I cannot imagine anyone leaving that store not feeing good...I know I did! They have many beautiful clothes, shoes, jewelry, purses and luggage, and accessories. It's a great place to go and treat yourself to a new outfit or purchase a nice gift for your friends!It's a boutique so they get in new things often...and you don't have to worry about anyone else wearing the same outfit!Rochester is lucky to have ELL Boutiques! I love them!”

I never leave reviews, but an employee by the name of Jordan was SO outstanding I felt obligated to post one. She went above and beyond to help me and I noticed how she was incredibly kind and helpful to her coworkers. You don't find employees like her often, give that girl a raise!”

“Very nice people. Asked to be measured for arm length and he didn't even have to do that, he just pulled out shirt for me to try on and it was a perfect fit in chest and arm length. Went in only looking for one dress shirt but ended up walking out with two as I liked the service so much. I'd highly recommend this store.”
