Went in two nights in a row to try to get icecream for the kids. Friday night the kid working was sitting on the counter on the phone talking with a friend and was audibly upset that we had come in. We ended up leaving without ordering. Saturday night same situation. I won’t be back!!

Tried the new Frosted Pumpkin Bread which actually tastes just like what the name says, but in ice cream form and is now my favorite flavor they have.It is a part of their "new autumn in a cone" selection so I hope they keep it around throughout the whole year cause it's delicious!The staff did seem a little bored, but it was 8pm so I wouldn't judge them because I don't think I could "chop chop, fold fold" all day and not be a little tired of ice cream at the end of the day.Next time I think I'll try one of the other new flavors they have for autumn.

First off, this.trip.to.coldstone.was.perfect. The staff were so helpful and kind to me and my kids. Ron an, the person who took my order was the most genuine and kind person ever. He helped my kid with a stutter encouraging him and being extremely patient with him. Thank you Ron for the beautiful experience! Nathan was also super helpful and such a kind person to talk to they will definitely have my business and I will most definitely be coming backThank you Ron and Nathan

This is towards management, not the staff.My friends and I stopped here for a nice treat in the hot weather. There was only ONE person working - Ron, I think his name is. He was so incredibly patient and kind - despite how busy it was. He was by himself on a SATURDAY, and yet he still managed to be efficient. The only reason this location got an extra star is because of him.To management, I genuinely hope you find the coverage to help the staff who have to be alone. Even if there were two people scheduled, and one called in, it is your responsibility to find coverage or help your staff - even just for a little bit. It’s a reflection on you and your store when you don’t somehow help your staff on a busy day.My heart broke for him. Many people know how it feels to be alone on a busy day, and it’s not fair to them. It wasn’t fair to him.

Good ice cream that takes a little time to get ready. The combination of items gives an unlimited variety of taste combinations. The staff is friendly.

I don't come here often because I don't really like to have ice cream tooo often. But sometimes I'm in the mood and this is very close to my house. The last very times however, I've gotten terrible service here and just had a bad experience. As I walk in I'm hardly greeted but the workers are staring at me. When I'm standing at the counter ready to order my ice cream they're not there to help me or even ask if I need help. I have to say something to them or flag them down to get their attention. I see them helping customers before me with no problem but as soon as I am ready to order, they'll go to the back or have an entire conversation. Ignoring the fact that I'm standing there. They handle money with the same gloves they handle food with. They're wearing dirty pj pants and dirty uniforms. Just a terrible experience every time.

I just went to the north cold stone and was surprised. Usually when I go the staff are friendly and such. But this time the staff went above and beyond. Bryana T. made this trip wonderful and memorable. She was friendly, charismatic, and very on top of things. She gave me and my boyfriend great recommendations for our ice cre and was patient the whole time even though it was just her for a bit. Will definitely return to this specific location because of Bryana. Thanks for making our night wonderful!

Tried to do something nice and take my son and mother in law out for a spring break treat. After we had ordered and received our ice cream I tried to pay with a fifty dollar bill on a almost 20 dollar charge. I was told they do not take U.S. CURRENCY of that size. I politely asked how they would like me to pay then since I hadn't been told before ordering and had nothing smaller in my wallet that would cover the bill. If you are not going to accept cash of all denominations it should be posted on your door in a sign that you can't miss. Your one employee wanted me to put it on a credit card. Why should I have to put something on a card and add another step to pay for a scoop of ice cream, and why does your store want to pay the transaction fees for a credit card. If you don't want to take bill's larger than a 20 then don't charge 6 dollars for a cup of ice cream.

Absolutely filthy inside. When we arrived, 7 pm on a Sunday (2 hour before closing), the garbage cans were overflowing, the floor was filthy, tables and chairs sticky. There were at least 4 staff on, and when not serving customers (which seemed to be a bother for those I interacted with), they were sitting in the counter, eating/drinking, or on their phones.
