From day one, they’ve treated me like family — always honest, upfront, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I’m taken care of. Most recently, I had a 911 emergency with my work van and was completely stuck. They didn’t hesitate — they got me in right away and handled everything quickly and professionally. That kind of service is rare, and it’s exactly why I keep coming back.

They were incredibly helpful even knowing I was only in town for a short time. They were very willing to help in anyway they could. They offered me a ride, called the warranty company and gave me advice how to get by until we could fix it. Thank you!

If you want a reliable mechanic that sticks with you. This is where you should go. I’ve been having them fix my car for over 10 years and it has been reliable service every time. They are always upfront and try the best they can to help you with whatever you need at a reasonable price. I really don’t wanna sound too much like a commercial, but seriously, they’ve been that great for years now. And they don’t just help with the normal stuff they handle weird problems really well too. Not every mechanic does that. They have truly helped me out of more binds and I can think of.

Im glad my wife found this company. They are very nice, have a shuttle and they went over and beyond for an issue with my battery. I thought the battery was replaced 1 year prior and they called that company for a warranty exchange. Well 5 years ago to me seemed like 1 to me as its my wifes car. So they completed all the test and determined it was the battery. I had them replace the battery and the price was so reasonable. My future car needs will end up here and yours should too. Thank you

Once I walked in I was greeted so politely, explained what car was doing and mecanic was called and was very nice and I felt that he really cared about what was happening to my car. Mechanics here are very good at what they do and do it right!
To my surprise they helped me with a bad part that was installed by someone else and they did all the labor without no problem!

I can’t say enough good things about Chris and the staff at complete auto care. I was in a pinch with my car after changing the battery and the car still not starting, and feeling really stressed and overwhelmed. I found complete auto care through Google search, and called randomly and spoke with Chris over the phone who said to bring the car in and that he would look at it. Fortunately I got it to him shortly after talking (with the car dying on the road in route, and as soon as we pulled up to auto shop), and Chris immediately popped the hood, looked everything over, identified the problem, and he and his coworkers fixed the car within 30 minutes. On top of being so available on a whim and having such knowledge and expertise to fix the problem, he did not charge me for the work, and I was left in such awe and overwhelmed with tears of joy, and reminded me that there are such good and honest people in this world. Chris and team truly made my day and I am extremely grateful for their help. Thank you for fixing my car and for being such amazing human beings in this world. I would recommend complete auto care to anyone from now on. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Chris and team.

I moved to Rochester a year ago from a city in Virginia where I was fortunate enough to be acquainted with a repair shop which boasted some of the finest Master-Class Certified auto mechanics in business, so trying to find a garage here that would meet expectations was something I wasn't very confident in. I didn't have to look far at all. Complete Auto Repair is simply fantastic.... both in the work they've done for me so far, AND in the customer interaction/service area. Super nice & knowledgeable people.... willing to make sure I have the answers & information about my vehicle and repair before I leave.... and I left with 100% confidence that my vehicle came back to me as I asked them to make it. I'm not easily impressed. They impressed me. If you are having your car serviced elsewhere, you are doing both you and your vehicle a disservice. 10 Stars if I could!
