This place is a great place to go to if you need any kind of medical item that will help you live an easier life. I recently needed to pick up a new CPAP machine and I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I was quickly assisted and had Kari help me pick out a new nasal pillow headset and she answered all of my questions that I had. She was very friendly and very knowledgeable of the products available. I highly recommend stopping in to check it out for yourself.

I am new the cpap gang, and had my script sent through Corner Home Medical. Being that this diagnosis was so new i just started browsing the internet to look at supplies and routines. When i walked into my appointment i was very nervous. Then a woman named Kari called my name and helped me pick a mask to try and we went to her office. Once we were in her office she set up my cpap machine and explained every step of the way how to set it up, what each thing in the menu on the machine does, and even gave me a piece of paper with a cleaning reminder for things daily, weekly, and monthly. Once i left that appointment i felt much more confident about having to use this new machine. So thank you to Kari for making something that seemed so scary, to something that sounds routine and less scary.

My appointment with fitting specialist Vickie was great. She was super helpful and knowledgeable with a great sense of humor, and most importantly, she made me feel comfortable to ask all my questions.

Need to hire better drivers. Corner Home Medical company car with license plate starting with letters AKG was spotted in Northern Rochester driving erratically and swerving into oncoming traffic.

I walked in with no appointment and I could tell they were busy in the actual store, but also via phone. The first gentleman welcomed me and took time from his congested schedule to help me out all while the phone continuously rang and went to voice mail. It rarely stopped rining.

Dependable, courteous, and pleasant. Respiratory therapist Vickie has a terrific upbeat attitude and knows her stuff. Customer service from Juls and Karen is always excellent.

I had my mask cushion break where the hose connects to the mask during the night (I haven't been keeping up on getting new equipment & my stuff is really old). My CPAP prescription has been expired for quite some time, but luckily I happened to have an appointment with my primary care physician the day the cushion broke who wrote me essentially an "emergency" prescription so that I could get a new mask. I took that Rx to Corner Home Medical. As I mentioned, my equipment is quite old & ResMed has discontinued my nasal mask model. Vickie & Mark were absolutely fantastic! Mark thought he had recently seen a Mirage FX cushion somewhere & they searched through a ton of extra, older pieces of equipment at all the desks trying to find it. When they couldn't find the Mirage FX cushion, they took care of me & took me to the back room/office & went through all their boxes/containers of extras & got me a new AirFit N20 mask & the hose connection to connect the mask to the ClimatelineAir. Vickie even took the time to measure my nose (?) & adjust the straps for me before I left. They didn't even use the Rx; they just gave me an entire new mask setup at no cost. I couldn't believe it!I had been using the Mayo Clinic Store for my CPAP equipment because it’s essentially right next to the sleep medicine desk & they have been perfectly fine. But after my experience at Corner Home Medical, I will be taking my new CPAP prescription there. And another plus is you can park literally right in front of the door of Corner Home Medical as opposed to going downtown & having to pay to park far away from the Mayo Clinic Store & then navigate through everyone & all the buildings to get to the Mayo CPAP store.Vickie & Mark, thank you so much! I have a new prescription & I will be bringing it in to you guys after Christmas. I’ll see you guys in a few weeks! Keep it up! ??
