Stopped in for haircuts for my kids, sign outside says walk in welcomes, no one waiting, one child getting a cut, sat at the register for 15 minutes with all my kids when the lady finally asked what we needed told me she didn't have time to cut their hair. Would have been nice had she told me that when we walked in instead of watching me stand there with my kids for 15 minutes first.

I like to call & assure myself of getting an appt. w Kera. She is AMAZING!! Remembering everything, as to how much she cut when you last saw each other & to bits of conversation. I feel great after getting my hair cut. Kera makes you feel like you belong. She is VERY friendly, outgoing & loves her customers.
Stylist: Kera cut my hair, she is awesome!! I have no worries, she knows how I like my hair, where I part my hair, how much she cut off, she doesn't forget my dog's name.
I never have to worry about a thing, I know I will be happy when it is done.

To start, I sent my son inside to check himself in, and he was left standing at the desk ignored and the next person in line was asked if she could be helped instead. Following that, one we got checked in, our person who checked us in had a bit of attitude, told us to have a seat and went to clean up before doing my son shook her head as she walked back, I didn’t like her attitude with us this far. She also tried to argue with me about how long his hair needed to be on the top for the cut I wanted, she ended up cutting the top as requested anyways, she didn’t take the sides and back as short and close to the skin as possible. I left a 5.00 tip because she did cut his hair, and I’d have felt bad had I not, but I am not happy with it or the service received.

Not impressed have been there before and it was good not sure I will go back after this time

Stylist: She never asked how I wanted it cut, just started cutting and never said a word to me while cutting. She seemed upset and mad about something. Very disappointed!
