Every time I shop at this location the most time consuming task is getting out the door after purchase!! If it is so necessary to monitor every purchase by every customer then staff accordingly so the lines don't stretch the full length of the store!!!!!

I'm done with Costco online, and they don't care. First they delivered a bed that I canceled, despite hours on the phone with customer service. Then they delivered the right bed to the wrong city and made promises of expediting the replacement but did nothing. Hours of wasted time and I have to scramble to find a replacement bed before the holidays for my 92-year-old in-laws to sleep on. Completely unresponsive and there's no one to talk to you who has the ability to do anything thank you Costco!

the prices can not beat it if you can use bulk items.

Costco is the one shop place for the majority of our shopping whether that be groceries, electronics, gas, and household appliances and tools. It has been amazing living near a Costco to have direct access to this warehouse and all of its benefits. We are consistently impressed with the high quality selection and especially the superior customer service that is delivered. Thank you for being apart of the community and look forward to shopping here again!

What a joke! Called ahead to order a pizza, was told 10 minutes. Walked in and was directed to a "kiosk" to "finish my order"? In a world where we continually OVER COMPLICATE things, there is this... Step 1. Order food. Step 2. Arrive to pick up order. Step 3. I PAY YOU DIRECTLY for said item. Step 4. We all get on with our lives MUCH, MUCH FASTER. Will not be back.... Thanks though.

This location needs a new produce person. With the prices of everything and most of my produce didn't last but a day of two later. Absolutely gross, mushy cucumbers after an employee upfront went and exchanged my original ones that I had at the register were mushy. Here I am two days later tossing two out of the three pack. I had to dig DEEP. To find no strawberries with mold on them. The next day our strawberries had mold. I had to toss more then half of the mandarin oranges I purchased because they were rotten. I do not have a photo of the oranges because I had to throw them away the day I got home from Costco and I forgot. Costco very very disappointed.

After 5 years of membership I managed to meet one of Costco's Jr Executives running the till today,, He was harassing his helper constantly as the line finally got to me.. I guess his helper must have been in training..There was no way this fella was going to get me checked out. I had to go to the membership desk right now because my picture was too worn.. They were 6 deep at the membership desk so I replied that Walmart is getting my business.Felt sorry that the helper/ probably had to put all those groceries back. The Rochester Costco has lost it's Minnneeesooda nice.. It is alll MN ICE in there today..

I had been researching covid booster vaccines and it seemed everything was online and booking in January and Feb in the metro area. I checked Costco online yesterday for Rochester and tons of openings. I was in Harmony today for work and got gas at $2.99 a gallon and looked on their website for covid openings and nothing appeared. I went inside and everything is flipped around, such as you go to the right. Every other Costco you walk to the left. This got me completely not in my element. I reached the not busy pharmacy and they had Moderna booster. There wasn't much of a wait and the vaccine was done in 10 seconds. I also bought a few other things and renewed my membership for $1.16. I spent enough last year to get the 2% back of the $120 membership fee. I think I'll stick to my regular Costco.

Costco is like an uncle that is familiar that can live in another city, but you can visit because you know what to expect. I'm a Costco member ($60/year "Gold Star", $60/year "Business", $120/year "Executive") so when I need gas, I can swing thru any local Costco & fuel up for less that the local rate. For that alone, it's worth it.

Recently I visited Costco to look for something that wasn't available at my Twin Cities Costco. They didn't have it either but they do have a wider selection on several items (cheese, plants, frozen). They are enforcing their mask policy but they do not clean the carts. I had to bring my own supplies to wipe down my cart. It also seems to be a bit roomier than my usual store but is laid out backwards in comparison. I would have given an extra star if they had wiped the carts.

Usually a great place for meats however twice in the past week I had to return pork items. Planned on having ribs over Labor Day weekend. Opened the plastic sealed wrap and they smelled awful !! Ruined the planned barbecue for Labor Day This weekend planned on pulled pork , purchased a pork butt mid week opened up the package and again disappointed in the smell Strike 2 Good thing they have a no hassle return policy Off to Hy-Vee for dinner

Love this store and the great prices. We buy most of our stuff in the store or using the app.
