I needed a jump start in a parking ramp. It was well below zero.
They were there in 20 minutes, called with updates, and were incredibly nice, patient people.
I had bought a little battery jumper and tried it, but it didn't work - I also wasn't sure how to really use it. They were kind enough to show me how, even in this cold! It was also drained, and they used their jumper.
I felt dumb, but they reassured me and gave me advice on my battery.
I haven't had much experience with tow companies, but this was above and beyond in my book. Thank you so much!

Was a lifesaver this past weekend when my ball joint broke. Service was fast, professional, and friendly. Seemed a bit pricey - $192 for a half-mile tow to the auto shop, but perhaps that's just weekend pricing. Would go to them again.

This nasty oversized cadaan charged me nearly 500 dollars just to retrieve my car that was towed literally FIVE MINUTES AWAY. And of course he doesn’t accept cards and only cash. Why tf do you need 500 dollars for? So you can buy more cp?? Someone needs to raid his house or should I say trailer.
