Every time I have a prescription filled, which isn’t super often…communication is poor, understaffed, wait times are long.

Good luck getting any help if you have any hearing problems. Every time I go to this pharmacy the cashier won’t talk loud enough for me to understand and then gets frustrated if I can’t understand them. Great place if you can hear dog whistles.

I would like to thank Rachel for helping me every time I come in. She takes her time with me and is very friendly.

The reviews made me so nervous that I wouldn't get my antibiotics in a timely manner- the prescription was sent over on a Sunday night after they had closed, and was ready the following morning shortly after they opened. Pleasantly surprised! Had someone pick the prescription up for me as I was working and they were in and out pretty quick, with nothing negative to say about the customer service :)

I would never ever use this pharmacy as the people working their are the rudest people I've encountered. I truthfully would not give them 1 star. I went there with a prescription and stood in the drop off lane for quite sometime. Four or five were working behind the counter but would anyone ask if the could help me. There was one cashier waiting on people picking up prescriptions. I asked doesn't anyone wait on people? I heard every employee back there (I know they saw me too) reply one line. I said don't you think you'd put a sign up and walked out. I would never give them my money.

Most (not all) of the staff who work here are quite rude. They are consistently hours behind. They can't give an accurate estimate. Was told Rx would be ready "within the hour." 4 hours and two visits later it's still not ready. Tried to give my wife another patient's Rx.
As a physician, it's nearly impossible to call in an Rx there as they don't answer their phones. As a customer, it's even worse.
0/10 recommend except if that really nice, aging, Asian pharmacist is working. He's excellent!

Made an appointment for a flu shot, showed up on time, checked in, spoke to the guy at the counter and then waited where he told me to. I was the only one waiting at the time. Half an hour later, I had to leave without getting my shot. They had no explanation.
Why make appointments if you have no intention of keeping them?

I was a little worried from the reviews about this CVS and originally planned on doing Target South before we moved here. But I picked North because it is slightly closer. Per usual, ignore the bad pharmacy reviews.
I'm not sure where you guys have used a pharmacy before but no one here is being rude, uncaring or awful. I've had 3 kids with many prescriptions for a while and we've now lived in 4 different states. I visit a pharmacy at LEAST once a week.
Pharmacies often have lines and because of the confusing nature of insurance and how the system works, people have many questions when picking up(that being said I've been here often with no line at all at most there has been a line of 4 people and when that has happened a second technician has assisted in moving the line). This isn't a self check out kiosk or Amazon; you're going to have to give these people a little bit of the same courtesy you're asking for in return.
Having medications sent over from other states is always complicated, and that's why you need to alert your provider that you are traveling and where you are traveling before hand. Each of these 4 states I've moved to have had to coordinate medications being prescribed by the state I'm moving from. This pharmacy almost immediately let my out of state provider know of MN's limitations and what needed to be done. Out of the other states this was actually the smoothest and I had zero issues.
I've had complicated days with pharmacies in every state but in the end it was almost never their fault. The pharmacy is normally the one that tell me how to figure it out and fix the problem; not my provider, not my insurance. I had a complicated day yesterday here for the first time as I transitioned to my new in state provider and insurance; it was this pharmacy team that figured it out the issue. I wouldn't have been able to without their help on my own.

I am here because a family member of mine is being treated at Mayo. The pharmacist refused to fill a prescription because my doctor failed to write my home address on the prescription. The pharmacist suggested I fly back to my home state to have my doctor write my home address on the prescription.
They can see I am a long standing client--this is truly ridiculous in light of the fact that they were going to call my doctor anyway since I live out of state. There is a reason for the low star rating at this location.

I feel sorry for the people who work in this pharmacy. Most are helpful folks, but there’s something wrong with their systems. Waiting lines are long. If you have a question or something out of the ordinary they are rushed and unable to provide good customer service. It’s very difficult to have a human answer the phone when calling for assistance. I’ll be switching pharmacies when my insurance changes and I’m no longer required to go to CVS for the best pricing.
