Waited in line for an hour today to pick up prescriptions. Only one employee there trying to wait on 20 people in line. At one point the CVS employee spent 20 minutes with one customer while we all waited. There was a total of two people working at CVS at 3:30 pm. The second employee was on a phone the entire hour we waited.Finding a new pharmacy.

I know they don’t care what their reviews are but this experience was awful. Called early Friday to transfer a prescription. Was told they would call my pharmacy and have it ready in 24 hours. Went in today and they had no record of it. Said they would call my pharmacy to transfer… my pharmacy is not open on the weekend, that’s why I called yesterday. So now I’m without my prescription until my husband gets out of the hospital. Made a difficult time even more difficult and they could have cared less. No compassion no empathy.

Was there about 1 and 1/2 months ago to transfer my out of state prescriptions. Waited in line about half an hour. Finally, when I was helped, the person behind the desk wrote everything down and I said I did not need them right away. After a week, I called to check and they had no record of it. The pharmacist called my old pharmacy, but said the number did not work. It worked fine for me! He said he would try again. Did not hear a thing from them. Totally dropped the ball! Luckily I got new prescriptions and found a pharmacy that works for me!

Never had a problem here. Staff is always friendly, in & out with no trouble. I see alot of negative reviews, but oddly I've never had a problem with them.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever worked with. I dread working with them every 30 days. Unfortunately insurance will only cover prescriptions here.

Worst CVS I have ever used. Repeated mistakes, and not an ounce of empathy. Three times in the past four weeks I have received the CVS text saying that a medication was ready. Each time it was not. Today I asked why I was receiving texts which are obviously incorrect, and the answer was "well, you can phone HR to complain". Utterly, utterly unhelpful. Last week, I was standing behind an elderly lady whose Rx was refused because "there was not a diagnosis code". She clearly did not understand the term, and yet the pharmacist just kept repeating it, saying "we will get into trouble if we are audited". Um, or you could just have written it down for her?

This got to be the worst pharmacy I ever been too. Everytime I come here they never have anything ready and I end up waiting 30 minutes or so for my prescription. I called hours earlier but when I arrived it wasn't even prepared. This place is a joke. I want to switch else where but this is the only place near home. They need to do better

Racist interaction with staff. Told me to come back because my prescription wasn't ready. I wait patiently until they time they told me my prescription would be ready. I arrive early and queue in the line with fellow customers only to have them assist a white male and rather tend to me, an African American male, they would rather close up. Get your prescription elsewhere!

The people working there are friendly but they are understaffed and appear stressed out.The pharmacy closes for 1/2 hour in the middle of the day. Autofill never works and if you call the number to schedule a refill you have to listen to 2 minutes of COVID garbage before you can get down to business. Then at least half the time when you get to the pharmacy they don't have the refill anyway. Would you like to wait? No thank you. I'm done with CVS.

I am so sick of the attitude. I understand you're busy, but you're dealing with people's livelihood and the medications they need. I don't need to be talked down to for a simple question, or yelled at for where I'm standing in line. I am switching to a different pharmacy because this one is awful. I've had maybe one friendly interaction with this team.

The staff I find are usually nice but clearly overworked. It’s really sad and frustrating to see that—it looks super stressful for them!I did have one pharmacist give me a hard time about being on the last of one of my medications, which was upsetting to me (did I somehow take two in one day?) but after the call I remembered my script is for 28 days and she thought it was 30. Weird to have to feel defensive about your medications.Often I get texts that my meds are done and they are not. They will get orders from my doctor and then just not fill them until I come in to request it.Always a long wait. The phone constantly ringing. I loved this pharmacy when it was Target but it’s clearly been a hard transition.

Absolutely terrible reception. After waiting in line for half a hour I was chased away by the guy behind the counter after I said I have a question about the Covid vaccine.- Hi, I have a question about the Covid vaccine.- Do you have appointment?- No, but I was wonderin-- No, leave.- D:

This place needs a competent manager. Hard to believe any business could be run as poorly as this one. I believe they are too busy trying to fill the prescriptions their screwed up computer and phone messaging systems are telling them to fill. Everything needs a revamp they are seriously understaffed.

They are so understaffed! Waiting in line for over 40 minutes is not acceptable. Corporate needs to do something about this, this is nothing new. I feel for the poor staff, it is not their fault. Today seals the deal, transferring all our prescriptions to someplace else. I'm done.

Wait times are outrageous. We regularly had to wait 30 minutes or more for our prescriptions. They're severely understaffed, and the staff that they have haven't been there long enough to be confident in the work they do.
