Not happy, my prescription was not ready and they had no idea when it would ship. Very dissatisfied with CVS. Again they don't have any meds in stock. Very dissatisfied.

CVS has the most infuriating messaging system I've ever navigated, and that's saying a lot. The pharmacist told me to just say I'd like to leave a message, but despite that it took several minutes of asking the disembodied voice to let me leave a message before it finally put me to the voicemail only after getting angry at it for making me repeat myself over and over. This is the cheapest place for one of my meds, but it does make me rethink whether it's worth it. And they seem to have more trouble than some other places in getting my med filled.

Customer service is absolutely horrible. Called to check on the price and availability of a prescription and the pharmacist told me the system said my medication was in stock but he couldn’t promise me it would be there when I come pick it up because it’s on a first come first serve basis….duh of course it is. He proceeded to hang up on me and I had to call back in order to ask him for a price. He proceeded to tell me he couldn’t tell me the price. After asking multiple times in different ways, he finally told me a price and immediately hung up again. Absolutely awful service.

If you’re reviewing these before starting a relationship with a pharmacy…RUN AWAY!!!!! Run far, far away from this location. This location is SO HORRIBLE for so, so many reasons, I wouldn’t even know there to start! Customer service comes last!

Now that I've become the primary caregiver for my mother I've centralized all of her medications here and I cannot say enough positive things about the staff. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Sure, they suffer from the same problems as every other pharmacy (short staffed, medication shortages), but they sincerely try to alleviate any problems that come up.

It is always a struggle getting pills filled, never in stock. Huge employee turnaround. It has been absolutely horrible since they switched from target pharmacy to cvs.

The CVS pharmacy in Target South is always very helpful and quick. I appreciate the location as it’s super convenient to get groceries and prescriptions in one trip!

I was traveling and my prescription medication was lost. The pharmacist went out of her way to work with my insurance to replace my medications. I am so grateful to her and CVS for going above and beyond to help me, even though I was from out of state and may likely never return to their pharmacy. Outstanding customer service and compassion!

I cane at my lunch hour to pick up my medicine, but had to return to work as I couldn't wait so long in the line. So at 430 pm the line is even longer.

Pharmacy tech has an attitude problem. Refused to serve me when I got there at closing time. If my doctor hadn't sent my prescription there for some reason I wouldn't go back.

Always an incredibly long wait in store. Never enough staff. Employees are annoyed to serve customers and act overwhelmed. Always lots of red tape to overcome. I like it because it’s close to my home, but the experience just leaves me too annoyed to continue doing business.
