Dale's really best at servicing classic and modified vehicles that most dealerships or chain shop won't touch. He didn't enjoy replacing the engine in my truck but it was fun checking out the classics in for repair.

My alternator went out on an all girl’s trip from Texas to Rochester. I was given a recommendation from the local O’Reilly’s Auto Store (which was another wonderful experience). I purchased the alternator and some other piece of equipment that I possibly needed that was $56. Dale’s Care Repair didn’t use the $56 product and was honest enough to give it back to me and return to the store. They were fast, professional, polite and competent. The price of the repair was good and I didn’t feel taken advantage of. The trip was to move my niece to Rochester. I was excited to find a great mechanic that she can possibly use if needed. The experience was probably better than I would have had in my own home town. I would highly recommend them.

Nate and Dakota are awesome! They are honest, helpful and really know their stuff! Anything from oil changes to transmissions they are the people to go to!

Nate is a great guy and will treat you well. He is honest and forthcoming. I worked with Nate for many years and I always knew I could trust him to operate a first class fair and honest service center. Technically we are now "competition" but I would never consider us actual competition. If you are in the area and need auto service, especially transmission and truck repairs, please give Nate a shot.

Rochester Service Center got me in right away and was able to diagnose and fix my car very quickly and at a much better price then I had been quoted in the past from other shops. Really appreciate their honesty and not trying to fix things that don't need it.
