The staff here are friendly and helpful, though on my first visit they weren't able to help with the device I brought in because its manufacturer designed it to be unrepairable. Now that I know they exist and where they're located, I'll definitely use them again.

Today i dropped off at 1035am . I took my laptop in 6 times to this place. Obviously we all have better things to to do right? Well today guys at this location found the purpose to get my machine done and I recd a call around 605pm. They did a good job today. To bad this couldn't have happened the first time i brought in machine almost a year ago. It seems these guys and every other company today gets caught up in their own red tape and forget who is standing in front of them! I have a great idea for every company out there today!! TAKE CARE OF THE GUY IN FRONT OF YOU!!!!

I had to get my computer fixed and they were able to diagnose and repair it in no time. Also, Ethan offered to help me with a hardrive that was incompatible with my computer. There were pictures that are special to me on there, and he was able to help me do that for me no problem. Thank you!!

Thank you for fixing my phone. I went to Best Buy three times. Each time I got to my car the problem was back. You explained my problem so I could understand it. Highly recommend.

I brought my phone in to have the screen repaired; it was a nightmare from the beginning. They said they would contact me when the new one arrived on Thursday. When I hadn't heard anything, I called on Friday and found out no one ordered it. When I went in to pick it up after the 4-hour time period it would take to fix it, they told me it wouldn't connect and they needed more time. I went in later and they said the charging port didn't work; I brought in a phone that was days old....there was no way the charging port didn't work. The worker acknowledged that they probably broke it and that they wouldn't charge for it. I waited another few days for the part to come in. I went in again and it still didn't work. I expressed my extreme frustration with the manager (who handled it very professionally) and said that not having my phone for 5 days when it was supposed to be a quick screen replacement was unacceptable. He assured me that once another new part came in, they would have it ready. I was clear that I was not paying for all this work being done! Fast forward another two days and I returned when I was told it would be ready....it wasn't. I contacted the manager and said I would be back in 3 hours and would either have my phone in complete working order, or a new phone! My phone was ready and I was charged $180. I expressed my great frustration with the process and they took $10 off...$10! I was assured my phone was restored in working order!When things weren't working properly, I brought it to Verizon where a wonderful young man discovered my sim card was not returned and he spent 35 minutes making phone calls trying to restore my phone. The sound no longer works and the only way I can hear callers is if I turn on the speaker phone! I am so angry that I can't even bring myself to go there again! I am beyond disappointed and angry that I still don't have a phone in working order; keep in mind I brought in a brand new phone for a screen replacement!

I needed the screen on my phone replaced. My only critique is when I dropped off my phone they took an alternate phone number so they could contact me when my phone was done. I never got a call. I ended up calling to see if it was done - which, by that time, it was. I was further told, when I called, they weren't given an alternative number. This as I untrue because in order for them to look me up when I got there they had to look under the alternate phone number I had give.All things considered, this was pretty minor. The guy who rang me up was very professional and very polite. I needed a new cover for my phone and a screen protector and he was very helpful!Thanks!Dan Sepeda

After one of the managers discovered how dissatisfied I was with my initial service, he took the initiative to call me and apologize even after hours. I truly appreciate how much Josh cared that my service was great and he recognized that there was a learning curve that needed to be addressed. His actions speak volume. Thank you

Had a great experience at this place. I came in with a faulty charging port/board on my Samsung A51. Lukas addressed all of my concerns and is a well of knowledge about hardware repair. He is patient, knowledgeable and professional. Long story short, they replaced the charging port on the phone, using OEM parts, for under 100 bucks oh and it was same day turnaround. Definitely will send friends and family their way for tech issues in the future. Thanks Lukas!

I have needed assistance with various devices at different times and have always found Ethan to be warm, knowledgeable, and clear in communicating the problem and potential solutions. Not being very well-versed in computer/iPhone technology myself, I tend to ask a fair amount of questions before choosing a course of action and he is exceedingly patient and thorough in answering each one.His extensive background and honesty are impressive. I'm glad to know there is someone I can trust.

I had walked in to get a new battery and charging port. The gentleman checked to see if my charging port needed to be replaced and tried to clean it out thinking that was what was going on since the charging port was an additional charge to replace. He then let me know about some cords that can ruin the port. After trying to clean it out he let me know he could replace it. I left my phone there for the afternoon, and went back to work. When I showed up, someone had checked me out and the price was as promised. I can already see improvement with my phone life now. I will continue to go there to get all repairs.

I thought I was going to have to buy a new phone, but Josh played with it for a few minutes and -- voila! It was fixed. He was so friendly and willing to help. Best of all, he didn't charge me a penny! UbreakIfix has my vote! Thank you, Josh.

My husband’s phone needed the front screen and the back replaced after they shattered. They were quick and did a very good job. It looks brand new and was well worth the cost of fixing it. I highly recommend this place.

Highly recommend!! I took my son’s phone in to have the screen repaired. It needed to be updated before the repair so we left and came back for it later. The update took a while, but they were still willing to replace the screen even though it was close to closing time. We walked out 5-10 min after the store closed with a new screen! We worked with Ty and he was extremely helpful, and we appreciated being able to get this done on the same day. We also noted another worker who helped out a customer who’s phone stopped charging. He took it back for a couple minutes and removed the debris that was causing the problem. The customer asked how much and he said “nothing”. This kind of customer service isn’t easy to find these days!
