Great people. If you’re having a problem with a package I promise you, go talk to an employee first, not customer service. If there’s anything they can do for you, they’ll do it.

This location is way more knowledgeable and helpful than the crossroads location. Worth the extra drive to drop off here.

Rochester, MN Airport facility has always been a pleasure to deal with when dropping off packages.
