They have a very rude female employee who gives you a hard time when you're handing her a package. She insists that you need to use the drop box, even though the trade-in instructions specifically say not to use it

Disappointing Customer Service
The lady at the front desk was very rude when I asked for help shipping a package. I wasn’t sure of the process and instead of offering any guidance, she made the experience frustrating and uncomfortable. A little patience and kindness would’ve gone a long way.

The associate, Rebecca, needs to take a class in customer service. You ask her a question, and she will roll her eyes at you. Any normal human interaction is tossed out of the window when you come across this woman. Fedex, do better.

I had a pleasant experience. Two things... they have a scanner as you walk into the building, so if you have a package with a label already printed, you can scan and put the package in a drop box. Very easy. Secondly, they have lots of packaging materials available for sale if you need to do everything there. I had a female employee help me with one package and the other I scanned. I was in and out very quickly. My issues I see are the parking. You're not parking next to the building unless you get lucky.

For starters the men working are not friendly at all. Apparently men customers are waited on first before women are assisted. I was standing in line to pay and a gentleman came in and was behind me in line. Instead of ringing me up next, the employee took care of the man behind me, then left and went into a room and closed the door. Discrimination is alive and well in this store. FedEx corporate.. take notice and do better.?

The absolute worst experience I have ever had. The woman that helped me mocked my accent and treated me like complete garbage. I will never use FEDEX again. I don't care how much extra a have to spend to ship from their competitors. It seems FedEx doesn't care about customer service, because there are so many complaints about horrible customer service from this store. You would think that someone who has been with them since 2005, would be better with customers. They epitomize toxicity at this location and should probably clean house.

Interacted with an incredibly rude staff member. When I initially walked in, he intentionally ignored me for a significant amount of time. He eventually talked to me with a very rude attitude. I left. Went to OfficeMax and received much better service!

I sent a package from this location last week using a prepaid mailing label from Mercari. I had selected 4 lbs and the package was 4.5 lbs. I knew this as I weighed it with a baby scale (to the gram), but when looking at Mercari's shipping it was $10.99 for 4 or 5 lb packages. Covering all basis, I specifically asked the clerk if this was a problem and if I could pay the difference. He said "nope, you're good to go." My package was delivered and I was charged $50 as it was reported my package was 20 lbs. It was 4.5 lbs, not 20. Someone is taking advantage of people here as I have no recourse or way of getting my money back as it was a prepaid mailing label they're claiming I quadrupled in weight. It was a 3 ring binder and 129 trading cards... 4 lbs 8 oz, not even close to 20 lbs.. I could have sent 4, 3 ring binders and 1,000 cards and likely been under 20 lbs. Save your receipts if using this place, but I'd recommend avoiding after this experience.

I had legal documents to copy and the employee stood there for a solid 3 minutes reading over my personal legal documents. He tried to play it off like he couldn’t tell which copies he had just made. There was one copy to be made. They are all also rude as hell. Don’t go here.

Poor customer service. After standing at the counter for a couple minutes and having the clerk completely ignore me (not even "Hi, I'll be with you in a minute"), I asked if I was standing in the wrong line or something. He said, "No, you're in the right line but you'll just have to wait." He wasn't helping another customer, he was just scanning in packages from a cart. I felt very unwelcome and will not use their services again. A little polite communication would go a long way. Edit to add: Yep, it was Jeff, the same person mentioned in other reviews.
