I switched gas supplier and no have a 1000 gallon Ferrellgas tank sitting on my lawn. I call every week to have the tank picked up. So far no one calls me back with an explanation ! I switched because it took 2-3 weeks to have gas delivered in the winter here in Minnesota. Not good!!

Ferrellgas is the WORST company I have ever seen for home/residential propane in my entire life. Just about everything that they claim on their websites and advertisements are 100% FALSE. They claim to have 24hr customer service phone line. FALSE! They claim they have an emergency fill number. FALSE! All numbers call the exact same automated service line that only has people to take your calls M-F 8am-5pm. And even then it will mostly just put your number in line to be called back(if they even call you back, many times they do not) and you will only talk to someone in Kansas. Nobody local. That way it's easier for them to not care about people's lives that are so far away.They claim to be employee owned. FALSE! They DO NOT CARE that you are out of propane and without heat in your home when it is -25 degrees outside and you have a little 1 year old girl and you and your family will all freeze death. Unless you will pay them an extra $150 fee then they will pretend to care about your lives and magically send a truck out the next day. Otherwise they will just continue moving your delivery date back more and more even when they know that you have no heat and it is -25 out.I have recorded all my conversations with them and taking it to the DA on to hold them accountable for their disregard for human life.

You call and order but get pushed back on a delivery schedule. They couldn't even tell me what day my delivery was on route but were sure eager to charge that extra $200 for same day delivery! Keep in mind my order was made a week prior to me calling about the route. Frustrating when it's the middle of winter in MN!

Reliable service & dedicated, courteous employees. They were out in 30 below zero weather filling my tank earlier this week. They have provided consistent, reliable service for the 20 years or so I have been in my current home.

They were nice enough, but had a very annoying and inconvenient way of doing things. They told me to come back the next day to pick up the 100 pound tank they were refilling. I got home, and 10 minutes later, they called me and told me it was done. (Instead of just having me wait to fill it up) Also, way overpriced on propane. Won't be going back.

One star for being alive/open, one for answering their phone. Past that , it seems you're kinda boned if you need anything. Pro-Tip: If you need to physically accomplish anything at the store, call ahead and make sure this guy Glen is there. Because he, apparently, is the only person there that knows how to do _anything_. A couple weeks ago: Needed a grill-to-1L-throwaway-cylinder adapter the first time, entered, asked... "Glen's not here right now, come back later." Ok.... Today, needed to fill or exchange two 30LB propane cylinders, called in first (see, I'm learning): "Lemme check.. Is Glen here?... ". Ended conversation shortly after that -- in attempt to stave off my own pending cranial detonation.
