Paid $140 for an alignment only to see that my steering wheel is now wayyyyy off. Brought it back same day, they did it again but was still off. Third time they told me to go to north store but they were full. They blamed the wind. Finally got a refund and went to Chevy where they found one tie rod to be incredibly loose, like we could have died in an accident loose. How did these people not see that????? Do not trust.

Made an appointment, and dropped off at appointment time. Service was an oil change and tire rotation - was not completed after three and a half hours when not busy. Called and was completed in less than thirty minutes. Go somewhere else, cheaper and quicker.

They were friendly and had my car "done" in a timely fashion but upon completion they were unable to print or even show me a legible copy of my alignment specs so essentially I paid them money and the claim to have preformed the service but have no actual proof. They stated that their printer had been down for months so my other question is if they can't maintain a simple piece of office equipment and it's been down for months what other corners are getting cut in the service area? And with out the ability to even show a customer what their actual alignment specs were pre and post service it's impossible to know what their doing or not doing back their.i don't blame the guys in the shop I think their doing the beat they can I believe this purely a corporate problem but with all the alignment shops in town I don't see a reason to give your money to a company who runs their business like a fly by night operation

I purchased four tires from this location in December 2022. They performed a standard wheel alignment for all four tires. On Septamber 29 the front passenger tire burst. I was in the middle of Wisconsin (Maustin area) and it took more then 4 hours for a tow truck to get me to a nearby gas station where they were able to replace both of the front tires because they had been so egregiously mis-aligned.

DO NOT GO HERE....
Last year had my ac/heat panel replaced. $250 for a used panel and 13 months later the heat doesnt work again and they only cover up to any year.
9/14/24 took my car in for oil change and squeaking noise and that sometimes my car just will not start. They stated i needed new breaks and my sway bars were broken again. However i reminded them the sway bars were just fixed 8 months ago by them and they stared they would be covered.. i go to pick up my car and they tried to charge me for the sway bars that they said were covered under their warranty. Had to make them look this up, and they finally removed the sway bar charge and still spent $1100 and they couldn't find any issues with it not starting.
10/3/24 my car dies while im driving it. Called and set up and appt with firestone and had my car towed there the next day. They tell me the ignition panel overheated and burned out an ignition coil and it will be $595 + tax. I say okay and when done i get a ride to go pick up, they tell menthe price is really $779. Apparently there was a $120 diagnostic test no one told me about. So after Garrett gave me attitude as i asked why no one explained this additional charge i just wanted to get out of there as he was very rude, i go to start my car and it won't start. The mechanic came out and finally was able to get it started and stated "well its started now"then drove off with my car.. after 5 minutes i go in to ask what is going on and they need to look at this again. So i get my ride to take me home. 45 minutes later i get a call my car is ready. I ask what was wrong and they stated the Throttle body was dirty so they cleaned it. Again i get a ride to the shop, i go in and ask does it start, garrette says yes and he has started it three times since he called me... WHY DOES HE NEED TO KEEP STARTING IT IF THEY DID A DIAGNOSTIC AND SUPPOSEDLY FIXED IT? So i again go to my car and its was still a little slow in starting, over the weekend it failed to start many times on the first turn of the key. I dont trust to take it back to them as they clearly have no idea what they are doing and really enjoy arguing with people. They also left some tubing in my front seat and when i asked what it was they said they "THINK" its part of the diagnostic test..... Now i have to take my car somewhere else as they did t fix the problem.

Great customers service! Tonight while I was here for an oil change I overheard an empty, Garrett, being so patient and kind to an elderly customer. I recommend this business.

Last time we had an oil change done was at this place. Well whatever idiot you had do the oil change, tightened the drain plug so tight it wont come out. Same with the oil filter canister. I tried doing them today by myself and with no success. Teach people how to properly do a freaking oil change.
