This woman was incredibly rude and condescending when my friend placed his items on the counter—just basic snacks like Hot Tamales, M&Ms, and fruit punch. She physically recoiled in disgust, making an audible 'Eugh' sound, and then proceeded to wrap her hand in a plastic bag like the items were contaminated. Her fingers were clumsy and disgusting as she handled the products with complete disdain, dropping them into the bag without care. It's clear that 5 Below needs to take a hard look at the kind of employees they're hiring, because this behavior was not only unprofessional, but it was also completely unacceptable.you know who you are.
