Unfortunately, I went in to browse the store with my young daughter and was greeted by an entire staff that was distracted and unfriendly. When it came time to check out, the cashier took a personal cell phone call at the register and then walked away. Another associate came to the register and did not say a word, but just stood there. The store is extremely messy and disorganized. What a disappointment, and please hire staff that actually care. Not a good look for the company.

I never received my order!! I called customer service and sat on hold 2 different times for over a hour each time so I called the store and they said there's nothing they can do and to call customer service.. also the items I purchased where final sale items ??

absolute horrible customer service, they did not even acknowledge me at the register and kept having a conversation while i was trying to check out.

Dont know what happened to this store, but management needs to visit. Sadly, it's not like how it used to be. The store looks half empty, messy, and the staff dnt seem to mind or care....

the store is a complete mess, the store does not look complete at all and it’s been that way for months. i have seen staff multiple times on their phones, hiding in the dressing room sitting on top of shipment boxes doing absolutely nothing. i have seen multiple times no one at registers and people standing there for a while before they just walk out and not pay. they need to get their stuff together over there, this does not look good on the companies part at all.

This place is a mess, clothes on the floor dust bunnies everywhere garbage laying around. Definitely not cleaned very often

Staff was too busy talking to notice I was ready to pay...I strongly suggest re opening fitting rooms instead of telling customers to buy clothes and go try on in the mall bathroom this I know is not staffs fault but this needs to change I would have bought alot more if I could have tried on in store.

I stopped at this Forever 21 location today on my way to the cities for a last minute outfit. I never leave reviews, but an employee by the name of Jordan was SO outstanding I felt obligated to post one. She went above and beyond to help me and I noticed how she was incredibly kind and helpful to her coworkers. You don't find employees like her often, give that girl a raise!
