Terrible store , terrible employees . Bought a hard drive last night and asked the employee if the hard drive would run next gen games he says yes ! , I go home the hard drive does not work. I try to return it and the lady tells me I can’t return it and I should sell it online … do not shop at this store.

Unfortunately, this location is understaffed, and management is clueless as far as what gamers really want. They might know how to run a store, but gamers they are not. It's not a very popular location, so very little interest in new releases. I was told they focus on Switch gaming platform and not really Xbox... And since there have been staffing issues used titles have been priced higher than other locations... I love Gamestop. However, this location is not so much.
