We recently had the pleasure to visit Gerhard's, on the advice of a friend, to view bathroom fixtures for our addition. We were so fortunate to meet Jena who was extremely helpful and knowledgable. We ordered Moen bathroom plumbing fixtures and a Bertch vanity cabinet for our bathroom remodel. The fixtures were very good quality, and the cabinet came in sooner than expected. Jessa was delightful to work with. Thanks for making our project fun!

Nobody will return our calls after picking out new kitchen countertops. Took in the measurements and the choices we had made and never heard back from anyone! We emailed Mag and called but never got any reply. Our project was pushed back several weeks because we had to find a new supplier. If you are on any kind of time schedule, I suggest you go elsewhere! Really disappointed...

Lifesavers! A Moen faucet I purchased elsewhere was leaking on install and Gerhard's had the same one in stock. They moved so quickly to make sure I could pick it up right away while the plumber was still at my house. Professional, kind and my superheros today. I will definitely buy from them in the future.

I bought all of my fixtures from Gerhards in Rochester back in 2015. The tub I order was either back ordered or was missed ordered. I received an email that they had found a solution to make sure my house build could stay on schedule. They failed to inform me that the solution was a display tub, and since I was the second owner the tub no longer has the 10 year electric warrenty. They display for the tub no longer functions. I have been trying to get a solution for over 1 1/2 years. They no longer answer my phone calls.

I would not recommend Gerhard's to anyone. My husband and I were remodeling a bathroom and we had nothing but problems from the start. Their attention to details and follow through do not exist. We ordered a bathtub and hardware in Feb 2018 for a March installation. The day the plumber went to pick up everything he was told that things had been on back order and not in the shop. He was never notified of this back order. Everything had to be overnighted. Next, I ordered a side splash for a vanity and twice it arrived wrong. This means you wait another 4-5 weeks for it to arrive. The first time it was the wrong color and the second time it was the wrong side. I then ordered a towel closet and waited 10 weeks to get it. Not once was I called to give me updates. I was always the one calling and asking about it. After 8 weeks I called to inquire again and them was told the wrong one was ordered and it would be a couple more weeks to arrive. The week it was promised to arrive came and once again I had to call in to inquire about where it was. I set up delivery and on the day of delivery we waited until 4:15 and I had to call in again just to find out it wasn't on the truck due to payment not being in full. Once again no follow through on the part of the Gerhard's staff. This should have been told to us on the day I set up for delivery. They stated that they would pay the extra money for expediting shipment like they were doing me a favor by paying for it. The only good part of my experience was that my gal actually put the furniture in her own vehicle and delivered it to my home. That was nice because she knew I was very unhappy . I am disappointed that Management never contacted me to apologize for anything or offer any kind of compensation for all the occurrences. I believe they need to train their staff on paying attention to details and following up with their customers.

We recently purchased a new home and decided to replace the kitchen countertop. After shopping around we stopped at Gerhard's Kitchen & Bath Store in Rochester. Melissa Foster assisted us at Gerhard's and showed us many options and had a lot of ideas we wouldn't have thought of on our own. We love our Cambria countertop, custom sink and touch faucet. Thanks Gerhard's and especially Melissa for providing a great product and the great customer service.
