“This super-fun store is located inside a renovated house with all 3 levels packed to the gills with interesting things to see everywhere you turn. 5 stars for the merchandise, but I have to remove one for accessibility. Unfortunately, those who use a wheelchair or have mobility challenges have to miss out on a lot because there's no elevator, vertical platform lift, or stair lift. Chock full of gifts for everyone- sassy sweary socks, wineware, kitchenware, soaps & lotions, candles, essential oils, jewelry, novelty office supplies, holiday home decor, you name it. Upstairs has unique clothing for all ages, from casual to dressy, and a holiday clearance area out on the balcony; it's worth the climb up the long steep staircase.”

“99 giggles is the cutest, most hilarious little store ever. It's my favorite place for gift shopping. They have a vast variety of things including hand lotion, body lotion, body/hand wash products. The cards they have are unique and hilarious. There are many random things you can find. I sometimes spend my entire lunch break shopping around. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for reasonably priced presents for friends and coworkers. I really like the lady who runs the store as well. She always offers a gift wrap which is a very nice gesture!”

“My entire shopping experience - from start to finish (being enticed by kitchen/home items in the windows, wandering in the store, getting helpful information from the staff and finally the excellent and quick shipping of items to my home) - all exceeded my expectations. I had 'time to kill' between having to depart my hotel room, until my airport shuttle arrived and so I started 'wandering' in the Galleria Mall in downtown Rochester. Eight or nine items later - all from Counterpoint Home - I had cool and what I felt were necessary gadgets for my kitchen. The staff was extremely helpful, prices were fair and everything arrived 1,100 miles from shop to home in excellent shape. Thank you! I will definitely shop with you again when I'm back in Rochester.”
