No dressing room to try on anything and if you get home and don't like it, you can only exchange - no refunds. Prices are high on clothing at this store. We take Thrifting Trips to Goodwills in the Twin City area, much better quality clothes (more name brand) and prices are by far better up there.

Whoever prices things here is out of their mind. I can buy new for almost the same price, and sometimes cheaper. This one is way overpriced even compared to the other one in town.

Recently Had The Worst Experience Yesterday Were The Clerk Took My Belonging And Donated With The Work Badge And ID In My Backpack Without My Permission And Even Called The Cops At The End Of The Situation Trying To Get Alllllll Of My Belongings Back That Inside Of The backpack. The Backpack Store And Informed To The Clerk Immediately Walking Into Location ETC ETC ETC. TO THE STORY. MINNESOTA IS THE ONLY STATE SO FAR THAT WONT ALLOW CUSTOMER TO SHOP LIKE OTHER DISTRICTS DO. Any way The manager the clerk and the process sorter was acting like they didnt want to give my stuff back.

Not for clothing. They are overpriced. You cannot try clothes on there - no dressing room. Worst thing is, you buy clothes without trying on and if they don't fit, you can only Exchange it for something else that you cannot try on. Other things are good to buy there. Wide selections

It's a lawless jungle in that store. People will take stuff from your cart, run over your toes, cut in front of line and elbow you to get what they want. All the while employees won't help you in any way, not that I blame them.

Perfectly fine selection, staff is nice, parking is fine, etc. All in all, the store is fine, but the check out is terrible since their system is ancient. The cashier's are quickly overwhelmed, and it frequently backs up. I've waited 10+ minutes to even get to the register there. I wish they'd take a page from savers, and upgrade their set up, especially since they don't even have chip readers on their card readers.
