So I just found out that I was charged an extra payment for enhancements to the club.. that's like leasing an apartment but the landlord will charge everyone an extra $100 for installing new doors... the rent can be raised AFTER the lease or contract is up NOT while the same contract or lease has already been signed on... read full comment
