Heartland Gun Club & Range is Rochester's premier indoor range, described as the best place in town and a fantastic, state-of-the-art, upper-tier facility. It offers 12 luxury shooting lanes, a full retail selection, a comprehensive list of classes, private event spaces, VIP lounges, and a variety of range memberships. The atmosphere is super friendly, relaxed, and very helpful, making it feel like a second home. It is an awesome place for fun, to shoot, host an event, or socialize within the gun community. The staff receives consistent praise for being wonderful, amazing, very friendly, compassionate, and understanding, providing great customer service. Multiple reviews highlight employees who take considerable time to offer pretty good advice, walk newcomers through every step with an emphasis on safety, and provide detailed firearm education and assistance, including with training for younger shooters. Their commitment to safety is also noted in classroom settings. The overall experience is consistently reported as great, with visitors very pleased and thankful.
Heartland is an amazing and safe place to shoot at. The workers are more like family than anything else. They are amazing people. Especially Gwen, Jeremy, and Chris. I have been so down they are temporarily closed. I do pray someone will come through to open the range back up. 🙏
