“Integrity is still alive!First off ,great selection of pool tables, chairs, accessories and LOTS of cues. Jeremiah is knowledgeable and helpful, working with your specific budget, skill etc not just upselling you. I bought a barely used Ohlhausen table and after agreeing to terms he noticed a small flaw on one of the legs. He could have let it go or just said buyer beware but he didn’t, he called and told me. After some education from Jeremiah I decided to upgrade the felt. Well, during the refelting there was an oopsie resulting in some scratches on the rail wood. Who hasn’t made a mistake that you dreaded telling your boss about? I guarantee a lot of places would have done their best to conceal the mistake and say, “ well it is used” . Jeremiah did the right thing and the hard thing and called me to tell me about the mishap and the previously overlooked leg flaw. He offered various solutions and it was easy to keep the deal alive and on schedule. The delivery and set up was professional and timely. The guys were friendly and hard working. Install took about 90 min and the table is perfectly placed and level. I can’t give a high enough praise for Family Fun Center. It’s easy to get a good review on new & easy sales. When the calamities of life show up to test your character and problem solving skills, THAT’S when you really earn good reviews. Just for clarity, I’m just a regular ( very satisfied!) customer with no affiliation with FFC.”
