Overhead music was so deafeningly loud that my ears rang and I couldn't understand the cashier. Requests to turn it down were rudely ignored. Terrible shopping experience

Such cute jewelery and pins.. and everything. I seriously love this store, I'd come more often if I had the money? The only sad part is xs of things seem sold out in the stores:') Staff were great though! I walked to close to the entrance while holding a shirt and set off the alarm? Very embarrassing, but apparently it's not uncommon lol

The story was very impressed with the flow and how neat and clean it was. The staff wasn't very involved with the customer. They can have better customer services skills. Overall I give them a 5 star review because of the look and flow of the store and how easy it was to find what you needed!

I went to ask a question and felt like I was bothering the two teenagers working. The item i was interested in had been in the window a different kid went and looked then went back to the register so I again approached the two talking and had to wait again for them to stop their conversation again and they did not help me. Very unimpressed and I think an adult needs to be staffed along with the teenagers.
