It's just straight up disgusting how often the food they are selling is way past expiration date. Especially fruit and veggies. The shelves in this department are often full of close to rotten or fully rotten items. Hyvee is not a cheap grocery store by all means. They should pay closer attention to the freshness of the product they are selling for these prices. Anything else is disrespectful and potentially harmful to clients. But is this really a surprise from a store whose operation are mostly run by minors who absolutely don't seems to care. I for one had it with this store - and with all other Hyvees in my area, which are equally careless - and will not shop here anymore. I'm just afraid I will catch some illness from the sub standard products they are selling. It's disturbing how they don't care even if you point out things to managers there.

Raymond B. on 4/1 was friendly and polite. After he told me my total, I realized I didn't have enough on my debit card and I didn't have another option to cover the remaining balance. I felt so bad about taking extra time as a line had started forming behind me. Raymond was all positivity however and directed me to the customer service desk to void out enough items so that I could finish my transaction with Jo Ann. After a few minutes, Raymond surprised me by coming back up to us, handing Jo Ann his own card and telling her to put the items back in my bags. i am so grateful to him and HY-VEE. i hadn't been having a very good day and he completely turned it around for me. Thank you Ray!!

The grocery store is expansive and selection is good. However, a bit more expensive than other grocery options. I got on here to write a review specifically on Aisles Online. I've used this service a few times and it is never quite the timesaver I hoped it would be. The app to order is great- simple to use. But, as I sit in my car now waiting 20+ minutes realizing I could have just gone in and gotten it done. Note- pick up is on the North side of the building, not out front under the awning.

I remember this visit since I haven't had the same great service at other grocery stores... I went to this location to get toilet paper and other grocery items. The shelves of tp & paper towels were empty. A really nice employee who was stocking items down an aisle saw me & asked what I needed. He went back to the storeroom and brought out a big box, promptly filling up the needed items. Well done, young man. I appreciate it!

Chris and everyone are extremely helpful and kind. They go out of their way to make customers feel as if they all are number 1. I wouldn’t trade my pharmacy for any other one! The personal touch means a lot!

We were disappointed with the wait to be seated. When we got there, there was one group of 7 in front of us. We were told it would be a 20-25 minute wait, even though empty tables and booths could be seen from the front. There was a large table for 8, clearly in view. In spite of this the group in front of us, which included several small children, was made to wait for at least 25 minutes. When someone in the party asked the hostess how much longer it would be, she said she was waiting until a certain time. Then they were escorted to the open table that had been there since they arrived. We were then escorted to our table, which had been open the entire time. Service was slow, but the food was OK for the price.

Very clean gas station. Fuel prices are always competitive. They have multiple car wash bays. They offer more food and grocery options than most gas stations (kwik trips would be the only on par with hyvee). As a bonus, there is always a handful of items with fuel saver discounts inside. The staff is friendly and attentive.

Good prices, with Hy-vee store discount. Nice little surprises when we go there. We got a free 22oz. soda and all their car washes were $5.00 that day.

Horrible pumps card readers don't work have to go inside to get a pre pay. Then wasted time to fill not even a car wash very disappointed in customer service. Yes i did try other pumps with card. Stay away unless you have extra time to wait around in store waiting for cashier to do a prepay
