Maja is a great stylist. She is very friendly and takes her time. She makes sure you're aware and informed before she starts. She also makes sure you are happy with your cut before leaving.. I Highly recommended her for men, women, and children.. she does them all..

Donald, at Images Salon, is absolutely AMAZING! He's been doing my hair for years(13+) and I don't have a single complaint! He's extremely knowledgeable and continues to learn new techniques and styles. He never disappoints when it comes to a cut and color! The salon is great also, comfortable and clean, as well as having many different stylists to choose from.

I found Images Salon on Google and went to the directory of staff to see their specialty so I would be able to schedule with someone who did vivids. After looking through all of them, I found Libby. Libby does vivids, and she is so good at it. I went in for a haircut and a consultation for vivids and Libby was amazing! My hair looks amazing and I am going back next month for my vivids. I finally found my hair stylist professional that is close to my home and who I will go to always, unless one of us moves out of the area.

Libby has been great for men’s haircuts and even for my toddler son. We’re very lucky and fortunate to have her in Rochester. Simple online booking. The location is clean, easy parking, and people are friendly.

I've been here once. My experience was okay. It may have been the person that did my hair, and just uncertainty on their part, but I wanted to return, yet got ghosted. I tipped nearly the same as I paid for the service...yet I haven't received a response from my hair dresser.It's not great customer service to be ghosted, but the job he did was great.The shop is clean, parking is a little difficult when it's busy (parking around back is okay if it isn't snowing) and overall a nice aesthetic for a hair salon shop (hair dressers lease space here).
