Shocked and disgusted ya'll allow dogs in the shopping carts! Let me say I love dogs, and all animals! However some owners keep their dogs filthy. Some dogs could have anal worms. Some dogs could have fleas. Some dogs could be in heat and bleeding. There are so many more reasons dogs shouldn't be in shopping carts, especially where food is going in! And if ya'll do have a policy the dude working did nothing about it, even after I made him aware. He just said oh well.

I stopped at 12:10pm on Saturday to get a fountain drink- Soda and a hamburger for lunch. There wasn’t but one drink fountain working- nothing diet. The entire Coke product side was down too. Like all the machines. I can’t have regular soda (diabetic). I got just a cup of ice and bought a regular 20 ounce bottle of diet soda. They charged me $1.30 for the cup of ice +plus the cost of the bottle of soda. It wasn’t even a full cup of ice, maybe 1/4 full.
I grabbed a burger, but there wasn’t no lettuce, onion, pickle, no ketchup or mustard to put on it. I asked a lady walking around sucking on a soda who worked there. She said “ we have shortages- ain’t noth’en we cans do about it”.
I put ranch on my burger- it was horrible. Cost me $9. Something for the drink, cup of ice and horrible burger. Never again. What a waste, even McDonald’s is better than this.
No apology, no options, no discount- not going back.

This shout out is for your employee, Devin.
It was 9PM and we were 1.5 hours from home with a deflating tire due to a large nail. Devin offered to help us and expected nothing in return. His kind heart and willing spirit made this experience ann andventure and we left happy. Yes, of course, we paid him. However, he deserves a raise! That is the best kind of customer service and the type of employee who should be rewarded!

Went there to get cash and their atm gave me ripped bills and also didn't give me all the cash I requested. When I asked about getting the $40 owed the store manager just said, "sorry!"
