I use the Kwik Trip Car Wash fairly often but the one at this location is not good. $15 for a car wash it didn't even rinse the soap off. Luckily the dryer also sucks so I was able to wipe most of it off.

I give this place two stars only because I like Kwik Trip stores in general. However, this location does not live up to the standards of other Kwik Trips I have been to. The employees are so rude. Just not the level of customer service that I’m used to getting. I’ll drive a few miles to avoid this one.

Rude employee and manager accused me of "stealing carwashes because their wash sucks!" Then they got an attitude and were disrespectful towards me and tried to justify that the wash doesn't fully wash "certain things." Yet, they refused to come out and look at the vehicle as evidence! Got a car was at Kwik Trip, as usual, it didn't get the dirt, the bugs or the bird poop off. It was more like a rinse than a wash. Every time it happens, they admit the car wash sucks, they tell me to use one and not the other, the service/repair guys are always there fixing it. I've never been accused of stealing a car wash I paid for when they admit the wash doesn't work! Filing a formal complaint with corporate and the department of commerce! If you aren't good with customers, you dont belong in customer service. Period. Then after all the false accusations and refusing to look at the dirt on truck, they gave me a replacement wash anyway. Ridiculous and completely unprofessional!

This was one of my favorite KTs in Rochester to stop at and has been my go-to stop for snacks, coffee & other beverages for several years, especially on my way to visit Cascade Lake while biking through town. After how I was so poorly treated, antagonized & actively targeted to be ripped off and charged for two nitro cold brew coffee refills after filling only my singular 20 oz. thermos (4 oz. short of a 24 oz. nitro cold brew refill for $2.49 as listed directly on the physical menu display, therefore buying less than allowed) by miserable male employee TERRY as he directed new trainee Emily to charge me for two cold brew coffees and absolutely *refusing* to have the decency, humanity or professionalism to tell me why or even explain his accusatory double charge as he kept intentionally staring at me with an EXTREMELY smug, satisfied look and utterly dismissing my questions and refusing to verbally communicate with me when I asked him several times why he's double-charging me and continuing to repeat to very obedient trainee cashier Emily to charge me for TWO as I developed a panic attack and tried to get an answer from him and reason with him while NO other employees cared to help me or correct him during a peak busy hour on Saturday evening, I will never return to this location again for any reason. I am always happy to pay for what I take/consume and deserve to be treated with the same respect & consideration as all other customers. I bought my coffee elsewhere nearby where customer service standards are far better and actually matter. I wish I had video of the way Terry kept smugly, coldly staring at me while ignoring my fervent pleas for an answer or explanation as he acted like a true sociopath enjoying the grief and distress he caused me while everyone around us watched, he is truly AWFUL & REPUGNANT.

I’m a fan of KwikTrip stores. I feel like they are clean (overall) and have many more fresh options than typical gas stations. I can get fresh fruit like an apple or orange, a salad, or cup of yogurt. While they do have the typical chips, candy and preservative loaded bakery item, you’re not limited to it.Restrooms are fairly clean, lots of beverage options, both hot & cold. They have ATM’s to get cash.I feel safe getting gas at night at the well lit pumps. There is a car wash at this location as well as free air for your tires should you find yourself in need.Convent location near Hy-Vee Barlow, and Walgreens. Staff is always helpful- tonight’s staff was the rare exception. She clearly didn’t want to be there. But who of us has t had one of those days before.They have a Kwik Trip rewards card that gives you a % off gas after so many fill ups. Lots of discounts on everyday items like Milk, bread, eggs. I prefer to grab items here quickly on the way home Vs. Fighting the people and lines at the grocery store or Target if I just need an item or two. I have honestly seen small grocery stores with less selection then this gas station. They have most everything.

Normally don't have an issue today but the lady checking us out just now did not know how to bag our items we bought raspberrys that were clearly leaking everywhere and she just threw them in the bag with meat and donuts and skoosed our donuts not very happy about that I don't know her name I just know she was short and had short blonde hair we may as well have bagged the stuff ourself. The way she handed it to us was as if she didn't want to get the juices from the raspberry on her hand but if she didn't want to what makes her think we would want that it should have been bagged separately
