“Consistently fantastic selection and without any crazy markups. This is well out of my way, but I try to make time to get down here every now and then. I am pleasantly surprised every time when I walk in and there's a bunch of interesting stuff. Staff seems super friendly too, one of the guys even grabbed a couple bottles and brought them up to the counter for me. Helpful without being overbearing.”
“This place is great! I drive past at least 3 other liquor stores closer to our home just to come here. I have a service dog and I never leave him in the car alone...so I mostly use their curbside pickup service. My dog gets so excited when we pull in because the wonderful people that bring out our order are so friendly and take the time to pet him and give him a treat. I am so grateful they offer this service and are so kind to my dog each time. I'm pretty sure they will help you with any request, and I've been inside and their store is amazing with pretty much anything you'd ever want. “A fantastic cozy corner for wine and spirits. Their bottle selection is hand-picked and top-quality, but don't let that dissuade you! I know that sounds expensive, but their prices are absolute in line with any other store like this. The reason they get 5 stars is the excellent customer service, fantastic variety, and -- yes, really -- awesome prices. They might not have your run-of-the-mill spirits like Smirnoff or Captain Morgan, but they have bottles that are even better!! And if you're looking for something high end and fancy, they've got that too! I simply can't recommend them strongly enough!!”

They are very knowledgeable on their products and were able to assist me and my wife in finding what we were looking for in another one of their locations! It’s not very often we see employees being genuine in their customer service but I could tell Allison and Chris love their customers and their job! “I didn't get to meet Andy but I did purchase some liquor at a fair and regular price. Clean store, helpful people, and they have reps from different companies in there on occasion doing samples of various alcohols and spirts. I like it . I will keep drinking. And if I'm nearby, I will drink drinks purchased here.. everything was nice and cold out of the cooler as well.”

“Stopped here for the first time. I had an idea what I wanted. I was looking for a beer that wasn't in the coolers. *(Drekker). A Manager or owner asked if they could assist and they walked me into the stocking cooler area. We found 2 of the varieties I was looking for. Very helpful. Clean and staff very friendly. “Cole and Jacob are the best! They are always friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly accommodating. I recently bought a bourbon bottle as a gift and planned to have it etched—but completely forgot about the etching afterward. I was so bummed.
Cole went above and beyond to make sure it still got done. He absolutely didn’t have to, but he did—and that kind of customer service is rare these days. Because of that experience, they’ve earned a loyal customer. Highly recommend this store!”

“Not many people will go out of their way anymore to find something that your looking for! Diane went above and beyond to get me a bottle of what I was looking for! She not only found it for me, but had it in stock within a couple days and had it sitting on the front counter waiting for me to pick it up! Most places would just say, "Sorry but we don't carry that" and move on! Not Diane at Joe's Liquor! She got it done!!! Thanks so much, will be a return customer! 5 stars in my book!”

“Good store, not as big as some craft beer stores I’ve been to in other cities but it’s great to have in Rochester. Did seem to skew on the expensive end of the craft market. I bought a $25 beer thinking “this better be the best beer I’ve ever had” and it was.”
