Absolutely AMAZING service from start to installed. - First time EVER purchasing an appliance bigger than my microwave. After shopping around for a Washer and Dryer set, the selection with brand names, and such welcoming, helpful service - I went straight back to Lowe’s. Pam, Pete, Bobby and his helper were SO helpful and kind. Delivery and all I am now a proud owner a pair of LG Washer and Dryer! Thank you all

Do not pay for delivery. They use a third party delivery service that will randomly cancel orders without notifying anyone. Customer service for the delivery company is rude and absolutely useless.

We went in to look at dishwashers, but the experience was disappointing. The employee who helped us couldn't answer any of our questions and didn’t seem knowledgeable about the products at all. It was strange that someone working in that department had so little understanding of the dishwashers. To make matters worse, another employee approached us, and as my partner started to say we were already been helped, he rudely cut him off with an 'okay' and walked away while my partner was still talking. Overall, it was not a good experience.

I had read online that glass cutting could be slow here, but DEREK was quick and also thorough, making sure the glass fit my frame. Lovely to know Lowe’s provides this valuable service in such a pleasant manner.
