“I stopped here at the last minute just before closing. The line was long, very long. But, I must say, the UPS service folks, there were only two, handled everything with aplomb. And, to top it off, I was sending an overnight, and I had ripped out the wrong part of the label, an old one. The problem was solved quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed but their coolness under fire. Keep up the good work!!!”

“This store is located in the strip mall area with Hobby Lobby & Best Buy. There is a USPS Mail Drop box by the front door too.I have found the store is t often open when it says it will be. Could be on time, could be 3-8 minutes later. The photo is taken 8 minutes after it opened and a long line is already waiting outside in the cold winter morning.I just set in my car until the finally opened. Those who work there just seem tired. They do a nice job, but no eye contact, good morning or kindness. They have a very dirty work area behind the counter filled with over flowing boxes and bins. It would drive me crazy, however the employee seem to just keep working and not notice.They have many services from Shredding documents, mailing packages, returns, sell shipping boxes, offer public notary, printing invitations, banners, packing tape, cards, and mail boxes (PO) box. The carpet in the store is in need of replacement and quite gross.”
