“Stopped in for an Amazon return and the line was out the door -- I was helped in less than 4 minutes! Not long at all (although some people were audibly groaning about the wait) but when you think about it, 4 minutes is NOT a long time at all...The two guys working were quick and helpful, and I got done what I needed to do. Treating employees nicely and being patient goes a long way :) Thanks UPS!”

“5/5 stars
Juan O. hit a home run like Roberto Clemente, out of Carolina, playing for the Pittsburgh Pirates. Auspicious gratitude to Juan for the care and patience shown during my visit. He was respectful with every client, diligent in his work, and created a space where I genuinely felt valued and heard. It’s rare to find that level of attentiveness in a busy shipping center — Juan made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend this location, and especially appreciate having Juan there to assist. Thank you, Juan!”
