Med City Vapors is Rochester's premier vapor and CBD specialist, offering the area's largest and highest quality selection of devices, eliquids, and lab-verified CBD products. The shop provides a good atmosphere and a nice, open area. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, professional, and personable, giving good advice, offering good recommendations, and sharing experienced opinions. They are well-educated on the products, happy to discuss differences, and even go out of their way to teach customers. The primary concern is the health and well-being of customers. The selection is great, including house and name-brand juice, and they always have what you need. They offer many other products and have something for everyone, including locally sourced items. Customers report a great experience, able to relax and meet new people. The shop is highly recommended and considered the only place in the state to shop for vape stuff by some. A noted negative is that parking can be hard to find close to the store due to a shared lot, but this is not enough to keep customers away.
First time visiting. The owner himself took time to find out what our needs were, answer our questions, and make recommendations. He was patient and you could tell how much he values each and every customer.
