Are they going out of business- or are they trying to? Many washers are out of order. And only one laundry cart is available. If your goal is to drive customers away, it would appear you're on the way to achieving that goal.

Gets the job done, but floor littered with trash and several machine out of order. Not a particularly comfortable place to wait. Even though someone was removing the coins from the machines, couldn’t be bothered to pick litter up off the floor. Take a little pride in your establishment!
