8 load washer and mid-size dryer did not register my payment. This has occurred before. Decided to text for assistance. No response. Called # and was told none of other customers have this issue, i.e., it must be you. While this is definitely possible, it made me feel pretty lousy and was poor customer service. I will take my business elsewhere.

Clothes got stolen and owner refused to look at cameras. Then threatened to trespass for being called for help definitely don’t recommend.

Would give 5 stars, but they have closed their restrooms down because someone that is not the majority of their customers abused it

Change machine gives a mix of tokens and quarters. Nowhere on the machine does it say tokens.

The space is generally kept tidy, but the washers are beyond dirty. I paid $6 for a 4-load washer and it had a variety of mold growing inside the gaskets. Dryers used to be $1.50 now up to $1.75. Restrooms were remodeled within the past year but this neighborhood has an active vagrancy problem so it has been trashed for months now, no blame to the laundromat itself.

Dryer 117 has blue ink in it and it ruined all my clothes and I had to rewash everything but it stained and I cried. Couldn’t tell anyone as there were no workers available. I did like this place previously because it’s convenient, close, and I’ve never had a problem with other customers but I’m really disappointed now.

Have gone twice now, both times the card machines put a $15 hold on my card for each machine I used, then 24 hours later charged me for the actual amount of the wash/dry but did not remove the $15 hold. I did 2 washes and 2 dries my first time there and discovered almost $100 charged to my card the next day. Disputed all the charges. Tried again on free dry Wednesday and had the same thing happen, with the added bonus that the free dryers still charged my card too even though they were supposed to be free. Never going back and reported the business

This laundromat is good- credit card payment on washers and dryers, close parking, safe, clean enough and several machines to choose from.

SCAM!!! I put a 20 dollar bill to get changed, but instead I got 14 tokens (worth half a dollar each), 20 quarters, and a dollar coin!!! In total, I got 13 dollars back. Never coming back here!!!!
