Purchased our first MB here in Rochester. We've historically been BMW fans but saw that a beautiful GLE350 available, so we decided to take a peek during a business visit to Rochester. The staff was immediately warm and friendly. We arranged for a test drive and met with Catherine C, part of the sales team. I believe she was a newer member of the team but was very pleasant and wonderful to work with. If she didn't have an immediate answer, she was very quick at getting a detailed and informed one, and was able to address all our concerns. We came back a week later to purchase the GLE. Wendy P helped us though the contracting process and was very engaging and thorough. The team (Lisa C) also helped us through some minor speedbumps (our end) in working through our trade-ins. We also had a very friendly visit from one of the dealership managers, John W, who was very welcoming, warm, and made us feel 'at home'. Overall, a very, very wonderful experience at MB of Rochester, MN. We enjoyed our visit so much, that we will be bringing the GLE350 back for servicing here, whenever possible. And did I mention we live about 90-minutes north? Well worth the drive!

We recently sold our vehicle to Mercedes of Rochester. There were a few obstacles however "Flip" never gave up and went the extra mile to make it happen!! The service department is horrific. If you call, they will not pick up. Don’t bother leaving a message either because they won’t call you back. I had an issue with my car back in January, one of the service managers said he was gonna give me a call back when I went in person… he never did.If you want to buy a car tho I highly recommend buying from here! The sales department is filled with nice people that are actually competent!

My wife and I had never visited a Mercedes dealership before. I had assumed the staff would be stiff and arrogant. Wow, was I ever wrong. Every person we worked with was friendly and real. A big thank you to Catherine, Felipe, Wendy, and Alex! We bought a used Subaru from them. I had never thought we would buy a Mercedes. Next time we will give it a serious thought. Fantastic service!

I had an excellent experience with this dealership. The service was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. I’ am so extremely grateful and will never work with another dealership. They took such good care of me. They seem like genuine people. The floor environment is very relaxing and I never felt overwhelmed or like I was being pushed. I bought a Jeep from them and it needed some repairs and they took it in, no questions asked and made things right. They also gave me a very nice loaner vehicle while they are working on my car. They have my loyalty. I recommend to any and everyone!

It was a good experience, but I give caution to anyone coming here to expect a forced purchase of a product that they apply to the windshield before they’ve even listed the vehicle. Even though you did not request this product (Diamon-Fusion Protective Coating) they still charge you for it to purchase the vehicle and they do not share it in the purchase price listed online. This is a shady business practice. I was fortunate enough that they were willing to lower the price of the car to offset this amount, but that is a shady business practice to not list anywhere on their online listing that they charge $900 for a product you didn’t even ask for.To top this all off, there was a nickel sized chip in the windshield that they applied this product over. Meaning if I choose to have this windshield replaced, there goes $900 down the drain. They offer a “Revitalizer” that you can come back to them a minimum of 6 months between coatings.I would like to reiterate did not ask for this product, but they forced me to purchase it in order to purchase the car. Thankfully, they decreased the price of this car in order to sell their product. As they “could not” remove the charge for the product.I will say kudos to Zach as he’s the only reason this is getting a 4* and not 1 or 2.He was helpful with facts about the car, told me the history of the car, asked how I liked the drive and spoke to me as a person and not a paycheck.

I'm having problems with my C300 and called the Service Manager to ask him about it. Twice. Once last Thursday and once yesterday morning. No return call yet. One would think this being a "Mercedes Benz" dealership, they'd have world class communication. I guess not this one.These great reviews seem to be for great help on the sales side but not on the service side. Now I understand why.

We had been looking at purchasing a used ML350 for a while due to their reliability record. Mercedes-Benz of Rochester happened to have a 2015 on their lot the day we drove in. We weren't even looking to buy that day, but we did. The whole group treated us very well: Chris is sales, Julio the sales manager, Wendy in finance, Gunner in Service. We had many laughs and enjoyed our genuine interaction with everyone! They are a great TEAM!Having a great experience buying a vehicle (Thank YOU for the coffee, Juilo and Chris!!) is one thing (The only negative we had was an unexpected diamond glass coating fee $899, which is put on every purchase.). What makes you want to refer your friends and family is how they treat you after the sale is completed. We had an issue with the vehicle right after purchase. Chris was immediately responsive; we brought the vehicle in for inspection, and we negotiated a solution.We couldn't be happier with this dealership and our experience here. We sincerely appreciated their kindness and care to accommodate us - even delivering our repaired SUV to our home because we are swamped in our business right now! Thanks again! We look forward to working with you again in the future!

The absolute worst service department I have ever dealt with. Each year when I send my car in for servicing it has been an absolute nightmare. The employees are incredibly rude and unorganized. Last year, my car was picked up and the rental car they left me with was dirty and had an insanely disgusting odor. That was after I was given a vehicle too small for my family as a rental (their agreement for the shuttle service is the rental car brought to you will be equal to or greater than your vehicle). It took them over 4 months to get my car back to me! The management does not call you back its extremely poor communication, no one would tell me why my car wasn't finished being worked on. Fast forward a year and my car was supposed to be picked up today but they never showed up and I can't get ahold of anyone in the service dept or even sales. it's extremely frustrating as this is the only service dept for Mercedes near me. If I had enough time to write my entire experience with them last year people would be flabbergasted. May I add, this is the only bad review I have ever written in my entire life so it takes a lot for me to feel this upset about a business. I didn't write one last year after that insanely poor experience but now that my serve appointment for this year is already messed up I am beside myself and will never buy from Mercedes ever again thanks to the Mercedes of Rochester service dept.

Bought a C300 last month. The team at Mercedes Rochester made it the easiest car purchase I’ve ever made. Plenty of space to decide but available on a moment’s notice for questions (even when they weren’t working at the time). Special thanks goes to Zach! We will be returning for further car needs.

Julio and Chris were amazing at helping me find my first Mercedes Benz! They were so helpful, understanding, and made sure that everything fit my budget. I was there for 2 days crunching numbers, running insurance, making sure I’m making the right decision, and they were there every step guiding me through. I left the dealership so so happy with my purchase and experience!! Great customer service!

Check engine light came on in my MB C300 on 3/03/23 After a vehicle scan was ran found out it was a valve malfunction for ventilation or emissions. Tech that ran the scan told me very common issue that occurs with this vehicle and that it should be covered under Mercedes-Benz. I drove out to the Rochester Mercedes-Benz location and spoke with the service manager Jackson. He confirmed the same thing based off the code that was giving to him and what I explained and after researching for few minutes. he mentioned that he would reach out to his regional manager and see if it would be covered under the company as my warranty had ran out prior to this happening however did not think there would be an issue as once again very common issue, deals with emissions and Mercedes has covered this in past for multiple customers. Jackson said he would reach out to me the next day. Today is 4/14 I have yet to receive a call? I have tried 4 times calling and secretary said they have been short staffed. We are talking about a few minute call giving me an update and scheduling a time to get this situation rectified. Mercedes-Benz gets paid whether it is covered or if I would have had to come out of pocket. If a company is short staffed then hire people and if can't find people then pay more or do what it takes. There are no bad teams just bad leaders which is clearly the issue here! take ownership and lead by example. Rochester MB lost a customer today and I would highly recommend taking a short drive to a dealership that has it together better than this company. Im buying and upgrading a new Mercedes around July, but it will not be from here! If you're a sales rep for this company you should go thank your service manager on the loss! So FRUSTRATING worst customer service I have experienced in a very long TIME!
