The first picture is what I ordered. The second was what I received. It didn't come with a shipping label nor did it say it was shipped from micheals. I also never received an email that my order was shipped. Two weeks after I received that package I finally received and email saying my package has been shipped. Reading the email I notice it said my package was already delivered on Feb 27-28. It is currently March 11th. Also after trying multiple times to find a way to contact customer service I just reply to my shipped email. Still haven't heard anything almost another 2 weeks later.

Girlie was pissed at having to do her job and wanted to play with balloons instead. Several people waiting in line while two coworkers worked with a balloon as they kept glancing at the people.

A lot of empty shelves. One of the things I had to use self checkout and one item wouldn't even scan and there was no one around to help so I ended up not being able to purchase. Pretty disappointing and like where we're all the employees??

I recently placed an order online and pick up in store at the Rochester, MN Micheal's location. I paid online and received my order confirmation email. I was only in town for a couple hours time, so after waiting over an hour for the notification that the order was ready to pickup, I went to the store to see if maybe it was ready. The woman working at the register at first couldn't find the order, and then proceeded to tell me that they didn't have anyone to put the order together for me. That she "didn't know what to tell me." She said that I couldn't just go put the order together myself. I had gotten 30% off when ordering online and picking up in store. So I had to cancel the order, then get the order myself and ring it up myself. By the time this happened no one was around upfront and I waited in line forever to use the self checkout. Then paid full price for my items. This is NOT good customer service. I will go to Hobby Lobby next time.

Never can complain about this store. I bought a very nice turn table for cake decorating. They did not have their christmas sprinkles out yet, trying to get ahead on all the cookie baking.
