Will not accept cash, typical blaw customer service, but unable comment on wash quality as did not use.This is not intended a negative review, just acknowledging the service that I received was mediocre and is without "cash" payment option.

I personally went to the carwash to cancel my membership and was told that I wouldn't be charge for a new membership and less than 15 hours later they charged me for renewing one. I am so disappointed right now.

Melly was very friendly and helpful while assisting me with my membership issue. I also asked if I could wash my car twice, because it was VERY dirty after Google took me riding down gravel country roads the night before. He said unlimited means I could go through as many times as needed. Melly had a great sense of humor and personality. I use this location every time I'm in Rochester, but nobody has been as friendly and helpful as Melly. Thank you Melly!!Services: Vacuuming

Way better than Tommy Express. Can't believe I wasted my money with them dealt with bent license plates so on and so forth lost rear wipers. Mr car wash is 10 fold better I personally think and I actually got a guy that sprays the dirt off your car. Instead of a bunch of kids just standing around doing nothing. Like Tommy Express I highly recommend Mr car wash. Will continue to use them for our European vehicles

Car wash is OK, but gonna echo what other people have said about pushy assistants and unreasonable tip requests. Having someone push a button on a screen for me, WITHOUT ME ASKING FOR HELP, does not justify a tip! If you can't pay a living wage from a $14 car wash, you really should close anyway. I'm going to kwik trip from now on, same quality wash and no pushy attendants!Service: Car waxing

The car wash was fine, but the way they do things now is so pushy. I can use the screen myself. It's not hard. Someone comes over and reads the options on the screen that's right in front of my face and then takes my card to put it in the slot right in front of my face and then asks if I want to tip? There should be a button that you push for assistance, not a mandatory pushy assistant.

I went for a quick car wash because my car had some dust on it from the parking garages. I assumed the basic would take care of it yet I left with dirt on my windshield and windows. Additionally, the car wash damaged my car and took off the shark fin antenna. I have been through dozens of other car washes and never had an issue but my first time here and now I have to pay to fix my car after an overpriced car wash. Never going back.

I come here once a month but I just went in this week and my car did not look clean. $14 for a 10 sec car wash, it just went by so fast. Literally the machines threw soap in my car and washed it off. My right rear view mirror was moved to the side and I never had that happen before. The drying portion at the end also doesn't dry off my car properly.The vacuums could be stronger and I wish they had different sizes available. This was my last time coming here and I'll head somewhere else next time.

Scotty is quite possibly the happiest dude ever to work at a car wash!! Give the man a raise for his attitude and enthusiasm while helping us join the Mr Car Wash club! Very easy & quick process. Happy people deserve more money!!
