Wanted to buy a bunch of Milwaukee Fuel tools. Waited 20 mins to get help and the employee walked the other direction and ignored me. He was busy with another customer and I patiently waited for them to finish. Not sure if I looked like I didnt have money or what.
Frustrating.

Me: Hey I brought my chainsaw in, like discussed the other day.
Guy: We don't work on those.
Me: I'm looking at your menu & it says you do.
Guy: Yeah, but we'll charge you $60.
Me: Sir, chainsaws are expensive.
Guy: (blank stare)
Me: Nevermind, you are being super weird!
Also Me: (Leaves & is NEVER coming back plus sharing experience)

Had them order a carburetor for a Honda motor they ordered the wrong one and won't take it back to get the correct carburetor. Their mistake and I am out $100. Will never use their parts department again.
