Had them order a carburetor for a Honda motor they ordered the wrong one and won't take it back to get the correct carburetor. Their mistake and I am out $100. Will never use their parts department again.

I bought a lawnmower at Northern Tool this morning. All three workers there were extremely helpful and not at all pushing sales, just trying to help anyway they can.Excellent service!

Nice store. It's not real big but it has a wide selection of tools and equipment. Picked up a good quality Wilton vise. I wish this store was closer!!

I'm always greeted by a friendly person & asked if I need any help. I've only once had a problem with a purchase and it was cheerfully exchanged with a new item. I always buy more than I intended whenever I get to the checkout! Great store, great people working there

Online puchase and ship to store is a great way to get what is not sold at local Northern location. Also, appreciate the coupons that can be used to save a few more dollars.

Product with free shipping. Had to wait 3 wks. To get free shipping which was not a issue.Satisfied with product and price. Have not put together yet so Cannot rate how this went but assume will be no issues.
