Jamie helped me with a new battery. He not only changed it but showed me how to do it. He also tested some other things to make sure it was just the battery. What a good and knowledgeable and respectful kid. I’m so impressed. Someone should give him a raise and a high five because customer service just isn’t this great anymore. He went above and beyond.

I explained to the salesperson what I wanted and he knew exactly what I needed. He also knew exactly where to find it in the store.
I do all of my own automotive work, so I'm in O'Reilly's quite often. I'm never disappointed with their service.

Had to go to this location to help with a battery installation for a friend because the guys inside didn't want to help her. My friend is a manager at another store in greater MN and said that was against what is supposed to happen. I'll not be shopping in this location ever.
