I brought my Camry in with aftermarket tail lights I had personally researched and confirmed for compatibility. Precision Automotive took six hours attempting installation, only to discover the connectors didn’t fit. I wasn’t notified until four hours in, and then waited another three hours with no resolution or proactive update.
This wasn’t just a delay—it was a breakdown in basic service logic. A competent shop should verify connector fitment early and communicate clearly if issues arise. Instead, I lost an entire day with no solution and no accountability.
To make matters worse, it became clear they have no real experience with aftermarket modifications or customization. If you’re bringing in anything beyond factory-standard parts, expect delays, confusion, and zero guidance.
If you value technician-grade transparency and respect for your time, I recommend looking elsewhere.

Brought my 2006 Toyota Sienna in for rear end noise, squealing brakes, and shifting concerns. Within a day, they diagnosed a broken rear coil spring, replaced the brakes and the spring (had parts in stock!), and had the van back to us by the next day. No upselling — they confirmed the other spring was solid and didn’t need replacing.
They cleaned the transmission to help monitor a potential leak and confirmed the fluid levels were good, test drove the vehicle and informed that it shifts as it should. Informed me that a fluid change could improve the shifting but would be best to pinpoint the leak first. They inspected and confirmed the entire suspension was solid, and even secured a loose wheel well cover without charging for any of those extras. Super transparent, knowledgeable, and fair with pricing. It’s rare to find a shop that moves quickly, communicates clearly, and does honest work. Definitely earned my trust — highly recommended.

Parts took a while to show up(special order), the labor cost was fair. The work got done in a timely fashion. My clapped out Camry should make it a few more years now hopefully!

Josh and his team are excellent. They have done justice by me for the last few years on my Toyota Camry, Nissan Murano and Pontiac G6. All repairs were completed in a speedy and accurate time frame. If you have an issue, bring it up to Josh and he will take care of it!

I had a thoroughly disappointing experience with this auto repair shop. The level of service and communication was simply unacceptable.
I initially brought in my Ford Ranger for a transmission issue, which unfortunately was not resolved. To compound matters, when I picked up the vehicle, I discovered that the driver's window wasn't functioning properly—a problem I didn't have before. This demonstrates a lack of attention to detail and quality control.
Later, I brought in my Ford Fusion due to a soft brake pedal. They claimed to have replaced parts to rectify the issue, but when I collected the car, the problem persisted. Their slow response and poor communication meant it took me a while to bring it back for further attention. On my second visit, they did manage to fix the brake pedal and charged me AGAIN, also in the process, they disabled the ABS and traction control systems. Their solution? "Take it to Ford for reprogramming." This is not the kind of after-service support one expects.
To add insult to injury, upon inspecting the vehicle, I noticed a significant part—the large plastic cover under the engine—was missing. When I raised this issue, they had the audacity to suggest that I must have removed it myself during an oil change, which is absolutely untrue. Josh, the supposed manager, offered to order the part at cost, which I agreed to, but since then, I've heard nothing but silence.
Overall, my experience with this repair shop has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. The lack of accountability, failure to communicate effectively, and poor execution of repairs are clear indicators that this establishment does not value its customers. I would strongly advise against anyone using their services.

Josh is the most helpful, honest and accommodating mechanic I've ever worked with. I drive 100,000 miles per year, so there is always something to fix. The guys at Precision get me in quickly, but most importantly, get me back on the road. I would highly recommend Precision for all of your car care needs.
